The house was comfortable, very well equipped, and ideally positioned for Poole Quay and the Harbour Park. We and our dog appreciated the bottle of fizz and other treats left for us all. There are several shops and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. The allocated parking space to the rear was often taken up by other vehicles but there was sufficient space at the front to park our car. We would highly recommend Mainsail for couples or families wanting to visit Poole. Thank you Angus and Anne for a lovely stay!

Great stay, within walking distance of the beach, really clean and everything we needed was available for the stay! Great communication and information on the day of check in. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return in the future :)

Great stay with the family at Aimee and Paul’s. Such a great location. So close to the beach and an easy short walk into Bournemouth. The house had everything we needed for adults, kids and dogs alike!

We had a lovely stay at the old postoffice! Everything was as described and the location was perfect. Everything in Weymouth was easily walkable. Parking was tricky, but not impossible (also as described :)). We would happily stay here again!

This was the best place we’ve stayed at using AirBnB. As it was Sarah’s home we immediately felt comfortable. The decor was very cool and to our kind of taste. We arrived after dark and the garden was all lit up with lights and looked so inviting. The beds were clean and very comfy. Hopefully it will be available when we next visit.

The location is so peaceful and the views are great. The kids loved the pool… which was always lovely, clean and warm. Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Has all the facilities you need.

Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you again for such an amazing stay.

A wonderful stay. Mike and Anna are the perfect hosts, I cannot fault their communication and help with settling us in. The accommodation is peaceful and serene with a stylish mix of old and new. We had a truly lovely stay, thank you x (Minor note, the track to access the property is narrow, steep and bumpy. Would suggest a 4x4. A lowered car may struggle. Hope that’s helpful and certainly not a criticism.)

A lovely quiet location 5 min walk to a beautiful quiet harbour beach and 5 mins drive to Hamworthy Beach. The beach hut is an amazing addition with all the extras inside ! The communication was top notch! The caravan was homely welcoming comfortable had everything and more you would need the games and books kept our three boys amused! Clean tidy and accommodating! Would defo come back and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely weekend. The Davis Family :)

We had a wonderful stay. Jo is such a lovely host, our 5 year old has a wonderful time feeding the chickens and playing with ruby the dog. When we left he said ‘I miss Jo’. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome. They were very hospitable, leaving us thoughtful treats like tea, coffee, milk, some lovely confectionaries, and even a chilled bottle of prosecco to enjoy. There was a detailed guidebook provided that made using everything in the home super easy, and they even uncovered the pool for us so we could sit and relax by it—such a lovely touch. What we really appreciated was how respectful they were of our privacy. We were never disturbed, but they made it clear they were just a message away if we needed anything. We felt completely safe, relaxed, and truly enjoyed every moment in their gorgeous home. Can’t recommend this stay highly enough—we’d love to come back!

This is a great place for large get togethers. Lot’s of space and having other areas to sleep in made for a relaxing stay as no one was under anyone’s feet. The private hot tub and games area is fantastic and the garden is beautifully well kept. The hosts were easy to communicate with and their recommendations fantastic. We booked spa treatments and had a group sound bath which was very relaxing and chilled. Would also recommend the farmhouse for lunch or dinner. Just a 10 min drive away. This was my fourth time staying in one of the barns and it has always been fantastic. Thanks and I am sure we would book again next time we have a large group event.

A very peaceful and private space in a very convenient location. I was made to feel very welcome and get very relaxed. A great space for a solo trip and would be enough space for a couple and small pet.

Back from another lovely stay at the hideaway- highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Weymouth.

We had a nice relaxing break. It was a lovely cottage with beautiful surroundings. Sally was available for us when we needed anything. The directions she gave made it very easy to find. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

My daughter, dogs and I found this a great spot for an early Spring mini-break. It is in easy walking distance of Salisbury town centre, and accessible to other places of interest such as Stonehenge and Winchester. There was more than enough to do. Would be happy to use it The Haven again as a holiday base, as it was clean, comfortable and the host was responsive and left clear instructions. A well managed house indeed!

Had a lovely time with our 4 month old and wanted somewhere outside of Bournemouth where it’s more peaceful and this didn’t disappoint. The apartment was spotless and everything was to a very high standard, including all provisions you’d need plus more… Jonathan has literally thought of everything and gone the extra mile to make it a home from home. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Superb cottage with very good facilities set in a great location to explore and enjoy Dorset and the Jurassic coast. We would return again.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's property. The bungalow was lovely and clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. It was very well situated for both the coast as well as beautiful woodland walks. The break was just what we needed and Sarah was very easy to get hold of and very helpful. Thank you. :-)

Paul and Tracy were fantastic hosts and were super friendly and responsive. They greeted us as we arrived and showed us around and made us feel at home. The property was pristine and had all the amenities you would need. There were so many little personal touches and made the whole experience feel that much more special. Was perfect for a quiet break away from busy city life and was exactly what we needed. We would strongly consider staying here again! Many thanks again!
