Our second family get-together in Anna & Eric’s gorgeous “garden”. The quirky accommodation options are fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and made homely and beautiful by Anna’s tasteful interior decoration. The addition of a “Pavillion” since our last visit made our evenings even better as there was plenty of room for our group of 15 to play games late into the night, after a day of tennis, tug-of-war, trampolining, bbq, chilling in the hot tub nestled in greenery while watching their peacock stroll back and forth…

The bell tents were lovely, very spacious with 5 beds inside and lots of lovely touches like tea lights and useful camping things you’d never think to bring. Thanks Nicky and the team for a lovely stay, highly recommended!

We had the most perfect time! Jono is a complete legend and made us feel right at home, he couldn’t be more helpful as a host. The care that has gone into the conversion of the safari tents is admirable, they have thought of how best to use every inch of space. We were a group of 4 + 1 dog but it would have comfortably held the two more adults, they’re huge. We borrowed Jono’s biked and cycled to the Sheppey pub which is around a 26km round trip but relatively flat route and well worth it. We also used the pizza ovens on site which was a great experience too. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The safari tent was comfortable, had all of the amenities we needed and held up very well during a storm on one of the nights. It's a fantastic location if you're visiting The Watercress Line.

If you want remote, peace, nature, the real safari feel, and from your glamping tent the most beautiful view, go and stay here

Absolutely fab weekend away! This place is such a unique experience and has great facilities, including comfy beds and sofas, pots and pans, games, table tennis, and cool boxes which makes a camping trip super easy for everyone. We will definitely be returning next year!

This is a wonderful and peaceful place. The caravan is spacious and full of games, books and general stuff to keep everyone entertained. Garden is just fabulous and the wildlife flourishes. This is a very child friendly place with lots of space for kids to run around and lots of things to do without having to leave the comfortable space…and you have chickens as your neighbours. Location is ideal for exploring nearby places & attractions and / or you can just walk to Longford which is a stunning place.

We had a great time here. The location was picturesque and there was plenty to do on our week long stay. The tent was ideal and surprised us with how roomy it was. Check in was easy as in they text to let you know it’s ready and you just turn up at your tent. Each tent has a BBQ kettle, fire pit, two deckchairs and a large beanbag so lounging outside is to be encouraged. The views are great and the animals on site are friendly enough. The only gripe we have (completely not anything the venue can solve) is the Earwigs! They get absolutely everywhere! If you’re going to stay here then be prepared and maybe bring some airtight containers (even then they’d find a way in!). The play barn area and farm activities are spot on and there’s a lot to do to keep you entertained and although you have to pay, if you’re staying on site then it’s pay once and use as many times as you like after. We ate at The Cow twice whilst we were here and the food was great, service was spot on and for a reasonable price as well. We had a great time here and we’ll definitely be making a return visit, albeit we’ll probably try a lodge next time round. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful stay! Proactive, friendly and responsive hosts. The area was beautiful and the converted coach with hot tub was lovely. All four of us would highly recommend.

We stayed here on our visit to Lulworth cove for a trail race on the weekend. The shepherd's hut had underfloor heating which was great. Convenient parking right outside the hut too. Close by to good local pubs as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The big hoot is a perfect place to stay if you're looking to get away. The garden is beautiful and so peaceful. Great to wake up to. My son really enjoyed the play barn. There's so much there to do for children and adults too! The caravan was lovely. Everything was very clean, cosy and comfortable. Everything was easy to find and Nigel and Maria were very welcoming and attentive. We would love to come back one day! We really enjoyed our stay ☺️

I spent a couple of nights at the safari lodge with 3 friends and 2 dogs, all in need of peace and relaxation. Safari Lodge delivered exactly that and was so homely and comfortable. The beds were fabulously comfortable and everywhere was extremely clean and well organised. The hot tub was perfect for added luxury and Nicola and her husband were the most attentive and welcoming of hosts. Fresh flowers and cake upon arrival was really thoughtful and greatly appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this lodge and will definitely be returning myself before long.

Lovely place in a nice secluded spot - only criticism would be that we arrived late in the evening and everywhere was pitch black, it would have been nice to have a light left on in the caravan to 1) make it easier to find the caravan on entering the driveway and 2) make it safer/easier to walk from the car to the caravan entrance door. Not a complaint as such, more of a suggestion for future thoughts.

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful location, very peaceful and private. The nights were quite chilly when we stayed but Georgie was extremely accommodating, making sure we had plenty of blankets and wood for the wood burner to keep us warm. Great hosts whose attention to detail is impeccable, they really couldn’t do enough for us. Our 5 year old loved it too!

The children loved it. what an exciting place to stay! Judy was friendly and available to help throughout the day. location is great for ludworth cove and Weymouth

Josh’s place is probably the best airbnb that we’ve been too.. even my 4 year old thinks its the best part of our holiday. Josh has been an absplute favorite with the kids too after he’s let them ride his tractor. (Luggages need to be transported with Josh’s tractor from the parking to the property as its a bit of a walk if not, he even helped us with loading it back). Everything youll need is there and even though there are 5 accomodations in the field, you have enough privacy for each. Roselyn the bus did not disappoint with comfort. Having lived in London for the last 10 years, it was surreal to sleep in a bus 🤣. Its spotless (as if its never been used before even though we know its such a busy accomodation). Honesty shop was a good concept too. There were wnough blankets to keep us cozy on the chilly outdood nights and the kitchen is fully equipped. The alpacas also made for a good experience for pur 3 kids. Its also plenty fo space for 8 people 👏🏼. Overall, cant recommend more!

I booked this as a last minute surprise for my boyfriend, and when we arrived he said it was being in a fairy tale!! Stephen and Amanda came and greeted us and showed us the caravan, which is tucked at the bottom of their garden, it was so peaceful, watching the birds and squirrels. Everything was catered for and enjoyed relaxing by the fire til midnight listening to the owls. And the bed was so snuggley! Slept so well!! Highly recommend if you want a piece of nature and outdoor living with all your creature comforts! Many thanks, definitely will return. 😊

Had an amazing weekend away with my partner staying in the Shepard’s hut we had some nice walks in the woods 🌳that are right next to the hut we seen some deer 🦌 a buzzard some fish a owl and lots of horses 🐴 The outside shower was a lovely addition and was very hot the local restaurant were really nice we had a Lovely time in the evenings next to the fire 🔥 relaxing with a few bottles of wine 🍷 enjoying the peace and quiet and looking at the stars ⭐️ The hut was very clean and the bed was very comfortable also there was a massive amount of firewood so we never need to ask for more thanks for a lovely weekend away

We had the perfect weekend in Rozanne's beautiful converted horse box. The private hot tub was ready for us on arrival. The garden area was an extra bonus and we really enjoyed using the private seating area with the BBQ overlooking the stream. Rozanne was warm and friendly, and showed us around the lovely grounds and also invited us to feed the Alpacas. We really appreciated the flexibility around checkout times too. We had a fantastic stay. We're really looking forward to the next time we visit.

I had an amazing stay at Lucy and Andy’s cabin! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a peaceful retreat in nature, yet still easy to access. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy and Andy were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed and provided great recommendations for the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in the woods, this is the perfect spot. I would definitely stay here again!
