Dorsoduro, Venise : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

整体来说，威尼斯主岛的民宿预期不要太高，我看了很多民宿，都有很多评论是说霉味比较重，我们带一个3岁的小朋友，卫生安全是最重要的，这个房子很干净卫生，没有霉味，且距离哪里都很近，交通方便，房东回复信息及时，沟通顺畅。唯一几个入住期间觉得有一些困扰的点是：暖气无法一直按照设定的温度工作，夜里比较冷。灶台是电磁炉的，但是配的大部分的锅无法使用，只能用一个锅，一开始我们以为是灶台的问题，一直不停的闪和熄灭，后面发现是锅无法使用，导致做饭效率比较低。整体来说还是一个不错的入住体验。Overall, accommodations on Venice’s main island can be hit or miss, with many reviews mentioning musty smells. However, this place was a pleasant surprise—very clean, no musty odor, and in a fantastic location with easy access to everything. The host was responsive, and communication was smooth, making our stay comfortable. A couple of minor inconveniences: 1. The heating didn’t always maintain the set temperature, so it got a bit chilly at night. 2. The induction stove only worked with one pot, which made cooking a bit frustrating at first. That said, these were small issues, and overall, we had a great stay!

Ho trascorso in questo residence un fine settimana con la mia la famiglia da venerdì a Domenica ma merita un soggiorno più lungo. Devo innanzitutto ringraziare Marco per l'accoglienza, per sua massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Il luogo è fantastico e accogliente. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ben attrezzato e tranquillo con varie possibilità di svago. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Venezia e vicino autostrada per raggiungere altre località. Se devo racchiudere tutto in una parola direi eccellente e super consigliato.

Absolutely the best location for us arriving by train. Apartment offered toiletries and kitchen necessities like washing liquid, some spices, so that we did not have to buy absolutely everything just for two days. Very clean and host very responsive. I have been to Venice many times, but never stayed locally, a bit surprise for me was the trash situation. You can only dispose of it only 07-08 am, the location for this apartment is at the wooden bridge at the end of Calle Priuli. I can fully recommend this apartment to families/groups of 2-6 travellers, there are two modern bathrooms, and two can sleep on the sofa in the living room.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

We had a lovely stay at the house which was really well positioned and a nice quiet area. The acommodation was very clean and tidy and we were very pleased with the facilities and how kindly Andrea and Maria greeted us and explained all about the area and things to do and places to go.

Nous avons séjourné au mois de février il faisait très froid dehors, le logement était très bien chauffé. Dans la cuisine, Il y avait des produits de première nécessité à disposition du genre sel poivre huile vinaigre café et thé, que nous avons renouvelé évidemment. Pareil dans la salle de bain il y avait du shampoing et du gel douche. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

L'appartement est parfait: aussi beau que sur les photos, très spacieux pour une ville comme Venise, parfaitement équipé et agencé (+gel douche, papier toilettes, serviettes..quand on arrive en avion c'est important). Il est situé à 2mn à pied de la station du vaporetto Rivo Do Biasio sur le Grand Canal, et proche de petits restaurants sympas, c'est une excellente adresse pour découvrir la Venise touristique et l'authentique. Nous recommandons à 100%

L'appartement de Stefano est une formidable adresse à Venise où j'ai grand plaisir à revenir. Appartement très propre avec toutes les commodités et très bien situé. Stefano est très accueillant et prend grand soin de ses locataires. Un super séjour à Venise !!

Great location in Cannaregio—quiet yet very convenient for getting around Venice. The flat is decent-sized, with a very clean bathroom, which we really appreciated. However, we found the bed and sofa quite old and uncomfortable, the kitchen a bit limited in options, and the dining table unstable and shaky. While the host was responsive by message, we didn’t love that they waited outside for us at 10:00 sharp without a greeting, especially given the price of the stay. With a few improvements, this could be an even better experience.

Second time here. Extremely responsive host with top quality service, the flat is perfect in any terms. Definitely the place to rent.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación fabulosa. Está a dos minutos del Ponte Rialto y de una de las paradas de vaporetto que recorre el Gran Canal desde el Piazzale Roma hasta llegar más allá de la Piazza San Marco. Si prefieres ir caminando, llegarás a cualquier parte de la ciudad en un tiempo razonable, porque está prácticamente en el centro. En cuanto al apartamento en sí, es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Las dos habitaciones están una frente a la otra y dan a la calle principal, donde había un poco de ruido, pero se podía descansar bien. Estaba muy limpio. Para nosotros ha sido perfecto. Por otra parte, tengo que comentar que Martina es un 10 como anfitriona. Desde el momento en que hicimos la reserva hemos tenido una comunicación fluida, resolviendo nuestras dudas y facilitándonos nuestra llegada a Venecia. Se ha portado muy bien con nosotros y estamos muy agradecidos. No tengo ninguna duda de que si alguna vez puedo volver a Venecia, me alojaría de nuevo en su apartamento.

Le séjour chez Elena a été parfait et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Hôte très accueillant et sympathique qui est venu me chercher à l’arrivée ce qui a été d’une grande aide. Le logement est très propre et bien agencé, tout est conforme à la description. La localisation est parfaite: à proximité du vaporetto, 10 mn à pieds de Piazzale Roma. Le quartier est calme, loin de la foule touristique. On y trouve de tout. C’était parfait!

Anfitriã muito atenciosa. Além de todos os itens descritos no anúncio, fornece delicadezas que tornar único o apartamento. Local extremamente organizado, com muitas comodidades adicionais e muito próximo de Verona (com a linha 7E se chega em 40 min ao centro de Veneza)

le mie amiche ed io ci siamo trovate molto bene in questo alloggio… zona tranquilla, parcheggi disponibili nelle vicinanze dell’appartamento, istruzioni del check in molto chiare e host molto disponibili. abbiamo trovato gli spazi puliti e rispettavano appieno la descrizione e le foto disponibili su airbnb. personalmente consiglierò questo appartamento!

This apartment was a little treasure in the centre of Venice. Beatrice met us from the water ferry and took us to her beautiful living space which was our home for three nights. It was not only pristine and clean but also tastefully furnished with interesting artworks of local interest. My friend and I felt immediately at home. Beatrice gave us plenty of tips about how to experience Venice and sent us links via text about any of things we were interested in doing. Beatrice recommended a nearby bakery which became our regular pick up for breakfast, and also the restaurant right outside the front door which we went to every night as the food was excellent and staff friendly. I highly recommend this apartment and Beatrice is a super super host!

Laura's place was amazing! Amazing views and location! Check-in was convenient, we met at the Square up the road and it was a quick check-in. The flat was marvellous. We loved everything about it.
