Dorsoduro, Venise : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Francesca. Elle a été très réactive. L’appartement était parfait pour deux amies avec une belle vue sur un jardin. Il y avait de quoi faire les repas avec un peu de sel, poivre, du thé, du produit vaisselle, ce qui était très pratique. Un grand merci nous reviendrons !

Belle endroit propre et confortable, l'hôte répondais rapidement, une belle attention sur certaine demande, nous avons bien aimé notre expérience.

Excelente estadía! nos atendió Marco que es un genio, nos fue a esperar a la llegada del ferry para que no nos perdamos a la llegada (Google maps no anda muy bien en venecia) así que nos ayudó a llegar la primera vez. También nos dio recomendaciones muy buenas de donde comer y que visitar en nuestra estadía. El alojamiento fue excelente, el ambiente muy grande y el baño impecable. Recomiendo este lugar y por sobretodo el personal que nos atendió. 100/10

We had a great 4-ni stay in this very nice, upscale, spacious apt located in the San Marco area. It is very close to the S. Angelo vaporetto dock, and also just steps away from a traghetto dock to cross to the S Palo area. The owners helped us arrange a water taxi to/from the train station to the S Angelo dock, which is a nice way to arrive/depart if you want to avoid a potentially crowded water bus w/suitcases. The apt is an easy walk to Piazza S Marco and the Doge’s Palace. And it is close to Ponte dell’Academia to get to Dorsoduro. In the US, we would call this type of home a “split level”; one bedroom on the main level, a 2nd bedroom down a few stairs, and a 3rd that is a few steps up. The 2 bathrooms are located near the lower and upper bedrooms. There is a small elevator to get to the apt from ground level (helpful with suitcases). The beds were comfortable and large, the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the kitchen and living area, also quite nice. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a handy spot, a short walk from the water bus stop so easy from the airport. Cannaregio has great restaurants away from the touristy central area. Bigger than expected, nice and quiet. Hosts were excellent. We’d stay again.

Emaculate spacious area that is close to everthing you want to see in Venice while providing an easy to find quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle below. Cose to several great restaurants and the kitchen had all the amenities for preparing meals when we didn't want to eat out. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Ursula was one of the best hosts yet! She was quick to respond with ideas for activities in Venice as well as apartment questions. The apartment was perfect- clean, tidy, TV with streaming access, tiny kitchen, comfy beds, and a great bathroom! The location was great as it was 7 minute walk to the train station- so a good place to save money per night if you’re willing to spend 1.5 euro for the train to Venice. Otherwise, staying in the main island of Venice is probably best. However, Ursula’s hospitality, generosity with check in/check out times, and clean apartment makes her standout from others! We had a wonderful stay.

Great place and a great host. The location is great, overlooking a quiet square but very close to a commercial street with access to restaurants and coffee shops. 30 min walking to San Marco, 7-8 minutes to the closest Vaporetto station, 10 minutes form the train station. The place is spacious, 2 big bedrooms, a generous living room a big bathroom and a decent kitchen on the 1st floor. The second bathroom is at the second floor. To reach the living area you have to climb 2 flights of stairs(one quite narrow) so be mindful of that if you have health issues. You should know that inside Venice there is a 21 degrees Celsius standard room temperature. It can get a little cold at night(we visited in February) but the bed sheets are warm enough. Salvatore helped us feel comfortable.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

Ho trascorso in questo residence un fine settimana con la mia la famiglia da venerdì a Domenica ma merita un soggiorno più lungo. Devo innanzitutto ringraziare Marco per l'accoglienza, per sua massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Il luogo è fantastico e accogliente. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ben attrezzato e tranquillo con varie possibilità di svago. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Venezia e vicino autostrada per raggiungere altre località. Se devo racchiudere tutto in una parola direi eccellente e super consigliato.

Our stay was great and I would highly recommend. Location was perfect and area was quiet. The stairs are a big steep so if you have mobility issues, then this would not be ideal for you. We would definately stay again.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Fantastic Stay in Venice Mestre! Nicola was a fabulous host, going above and beyond to cater to what we wanted for our trip. He provided great recommendations, giving us access to a variety of amazing food spots. One of the highlights was the bakery his family owns next door—the pastries were incredible, and I’d highly recommend the apricot croissants! The apartment itself was clean, beautifully designed, and one of the best parts of our stay. It had a modern twist while still feeling cozy and welcoming. If you’re visiting Venice, Mestre is a hidden gem that many overlook. Staying here gave us a different perspective of the city that we wouldn’t have experienced in central Venice. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Notre séjour à Venise dans l'appartement de Laura s'est très bien passé. Le logement est très agréable et parfaitement situé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de Venise à 100%. Appartement spacieux, ce qui est très agréable à 5.

Alessandro est un hôte à l’écoute et très professionnel. Toujours de bon conseil, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. Le logement était très agréable et spacieux. Dans un état parfait et très joli à voir, implanté dans un environnement calme. Le nécessaire alimentaire pour notre arrivée pour quatre personnes était déjà dans les placards et le frigo. En somme, c’était un séjour très complet ! Nous reviendrons auprès d’Alessandro sans hésiter si l’occasion se présente. Nous recommanderons à notre entourage les yeux fermés ! Grazie mille !

Le foto sono belle, ma l’appartamento lo è di più. Pulitissimo, fornitissimo le camere spaziose e i letti comodissimi, le lenzuola coccolose. Abbiamo mangiato in appartamento e sembrava proprio di essere a casa. Nonostante le stanze si affaccino su una strada un po’ trafficata, gli infissi ci hanno permesso di fare sonni tranquilli. Manuela sempre attiva a rispondere e molto gentile se dovessi tornare in zona tornerei dai lei.

Il nostro soggiorno da Daniela è stato perfetto l alloggio si trova vicinissimo alla fermata del bus che porta a Venezia, ci sono supermercati e ristoranti li vicino.l'apparttamento è perfetto noi eravamo 4 due adulti e due bimbi, ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Daniela con noi è sempre stata disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta.Torneremo presto a trovarla.

Le logement est top, je recommande, il est assez grand, très propre, bonne literie, bon emplacement, loin de la foule mais aussi très proche des rues animées Conseil de l’aéroport, pour votre transfert prendre la compagnie privée Alilaguna Blue, 15€ par personne par trajet, vous arrivez très proche de l’appart. Proche d’un arrêt Vaporetto pour accéder aux îles de Murano, Burano et Torcello, prévoyez 1 journée pour visiter les 3 îles

Hospedador muy amable y amigable, nos estaba esperando en el departamento para darnos instrucciones y las llaves. El departamento se ubica en sector es tranquilo y seguro. Sin duda, volvería a arrendar en este airbnb :)

Logement très bien, grande chambre, lit, très confortable, bel emplacement près du marché couvert, tout est accessible à pied. Je recommande ,nous viendrons Merci Mirko .

Très bel appartement dans un emplacement central pour les visites à 10min du pont Rialto. La rue est calme. Et la possibilité de laisser ses bagages est top pour l'organisation du premier ou dernier jour. Juste un peu de bruit quand les voisins (dessus) sont dans le logement.

Deuxième fois dans cet appartement et toujours aussi content ! Très central, calme et bien ammenagé. Très bonne literie !

This flat is in a beautiful location overlooking a canal. It's in a really sweet neighbourhood, with a few bars and restaurants as well as a grocery shop and greengrocers very nearby. All of the stunning sites of Venice are in walking distance but it was nice to be staying away from the crowds (we visited at Carnivale!) and not right in the centre, and it was a lot less touristy. It's also a great location for getting to and from the airport more quickly via the Alilaguna water boat. Inside, it is small but perfectly formed, clean and functional, as you can see from the photos. The highlight for me was the little balcony from the main bedroom, where you can just about fit two chairs to sit outside and admire the view. We had a wonderful visit (three adults), and highly recommend the apartment.
