A spacious and clean place, close to the beach. The host is very friendly and responsive. Very convenient location, bus stops and super markets in 2-5 minutes walking radius.

Квартира супер, мы чувствовали себя как дома и отлично отдохнули. Квартира большая, кухня совмещена с залом и небольшой лоджией, можно приготовить еду и отдохнуть после плавания, на кухне очень много разной посуды, есть все что нужно. Улица тихая, но очень близко идти до центрального проспекта с множеством ресторанов и до моря совсем близко.

Amazing communication, they are very supportive and helpful. At peacefull location. Only one thing, i thought the kitchen n all are separate but it is common and used by others too.

Harika bir daire. Tertemiz, düzenli ferah bir evde ve gayet güzel sakin bir muhitte kendi evimde hissederek kaldım. Altuğ Bey detaylı ve kolay anlaşılır bilgiler vererek girişin çok kolay olmasını sağladı. Yerel restoranlar ve gidilecek yerler ile ilgili bilgiler iletti. Dost canlısı ve sıcak iletişim için teşekkür ediyorum. Bir dahaki sefer geldiğimde yine burada kalırım.

Le logement est très bien pour un petit séjour à deux, ou pour un plus long séjour en solo. De nombreux bars et restaurants avec de la musique live à proximité et la plage également.

Loved our stay, fantastic location within the walled city. Restaurant and shops are steps away and yet quiet and peaceful at night. The garden in the back of the property is a special place. Very kind and hospitable, breakfast was fantastic as well with fresh baked goods and freeze squeezed orange juice. Would stay again. Cheers

Kadir was very helpful even before we arrived at the property. Always responsive. He even provided us with extra stuff to help with our daughter’s needs. Overall very great place to stay.

We had a great stay in Berat's apartment. The place is spacious, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect near beautiful Konyaalti beach, restaurants and some playgrounds. Special thanks to Mazlum, our contact on site, who was always friendly and responsive.

Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen. Man kommt von dort aus gut mit dem Auto oder dem Bus in die Innenstadt. Der Strand ist auch nicht weit weg. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt

İlgili, sakin bir yerdi. Konumu çok iyiydi. Bu fiyata bu konumda bulmak bizi şaşırttı. Mutfağı ve eşyaları kullanmadık fakat temiz gibiydi. Yataklar çok temizdi. Oturma odasındaki koltuklar biraz tozluydu fakat 5 üzerinden 4 yıldızı gönül rahatlığıyla veririm ve gitmek isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

We had a great stay! The self check-in was super convenient, and the location was excellent—close to the sea and surrounded by some great restaurants. The workspace was a big plus, as I needed to do some remote work during my stay, and it made things much easier. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended! Murat's place is exactly as described. It is very accessible; easy to get around by taxi and bus. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Perfect for nature lovers. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for four people. The location was great too—lots of shops, restaurants, and diners nearby, and public transport was very close, so getting around the city was easy. The only small issue was check-in. We didn’t meet the host or manager, and the lady who met us didn’t speak English. She also forgot to give us the keys, so we had to remind her. But after that, everything was fine. Overall, it’s a great place for families or groups of three or more. We would definitely recommend it!

There is no need to write or say anything about the house and its location. I had a wonderful stay with the feeling that I was walking on air and sitting on the clouds to rest, watching the sea and having the entire Mediterranean at my disposal. Очень удобное расположение. Рядом с морем. Так же и до кафэ и ресторанов. К душу возле унитаза надо конечно привыкнуть. Интернет для моей работы хватало.
