Arianna & Fulvio were very professional hosts, super responsive (communication was great) and incredibly friendly. The place had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening, Fulvio came to meet us and took us up to the apartment. Top floor with a heavy suitcase was manageable but do take it into account. Fulvio offered to help but it was no problem for us. The apartment was very clean and they even left us some fruit and a bottle of wine. Location is not in the historic centre but we actually liked that. Avoids the crowds, gave us a real sense of the other side of Bologna and was close enough for an easy walk into town. Very conveniently located close to the central station as well if you’re travelling by train. We would be happy to recommend this place!

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

L'alloggio pulito e ordinato. Servizio check-in professionale, locazione perfetta. Si può raggiungere a molti posti a piedi. Sono disponibili per qualsiasi cosa e facile da trovare appena si arriva a Bologna

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso, ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma ben servita da supermercati e locali. Il centro della città è facilmente raggiungibile con una tranquilla passeggiata in poco più di 20 minuti. L'host è stato molto cortese.

Tres bel appartement. Parfait pour deux couples avec deux salles de bainset sanitaires séparés. Appartement central équidistant du pont rialto et du pont de l'académie. Idéal pour bien profiter de Venise. Environnement très calme. Merci à Marco qui est très réactif.

Alles war super! Die Wohnung, die Terrasse , die Herzlichkeit von Edoardos Familie :) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es findet sich alles, was man braucht. Der Küchenteil ist klein, aber funktional. Die überdachte Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt - bei Sonnenschein und auch bei Regen ist es sehr schön, draußen zu sein, mit Ausblick auf das schöne große Grundstück. Edoardo und Anastasja sind unglaublich freundlich, haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt, gute Tipps gegeben und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Edoardos Eltern, die im anderen Hausteil wohnen, sind ebenso herzlich - regelmäßig haben wir liebe Aufmerksamkeiten bekommen, wie Obst, Kaffee und sogar Pasta mit frischen Trüffeln. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Fantastic apartment for 4 adults. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. Windows overlooked the canal exactly as pictured where you can watch over the gondolas and neighboring restaurant. There are about 10 steps up to the apartment. Kitchen was modern and had what you needed to fix breakfast and light meals. We also used the laundry, which was easy to do right inside the apartment. Location was an easy walk to coffee and luxury shops. 10-15min walk to Saint Mark’s Piazza / Basilica. Located minutes away from the SMGiglio water taxi/vaporetto stop. The host arranged a private water taxi from our arrival at the airport, then met us to show us the way to the apartment (3-5 min walk). You could also arrive by Vaporetto if you are comfortable with public transportation. We took the Vaporetto on departure to the train station, which was very easy and convenient. The host was super responsive with questions and communication and answered every question kindly. THANK YOU!!

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Elisabetta è stato condiviso da due coppie di futuri nonni in attesa dell'arrivo del nipotino durante le vacanze di Natale. L'alloggio è dotato dei confort necessari per un soggiorno di lungo periodo. Il cagnolino ospitato ha goduto bene, insieme agli ospiti, dell'area esterna verde recintata e riservata, anche per un facile parcheggio. Elisabetta è stata un'host impeccabile, gentile e disponibile di fronte a tutte le nostre necessità anche davanti a qualche imprevisto: è riuscita a venirci incontro con cordialità e benevolenza. Sicuramente da consigliare per un soggiorno nei dintorni di Padova.
