Douglas, Cork : locations de vacances

We really enjoyed our month-long stay at Jerry's place. The kitchen is well equipped and Jerry and his wife were always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. The host provided enough dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and even firewood to last our entire stay. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful location in the countryside but still central for exploring both Kerry and Cork counties (having a car is a must).

Janet's house has a million dollar view of Sandycove Island and the Atlantic. On a clear day you could spend a day just reading and enjoying the view. The house is really well maintained for its age, spotless and clean. A great base for outdoor pursuits like swimming, walking etc in the area and only a few minutes drive into Kinsale town. Just a couple minutes walk down to the beach at Sandycove which is a really special place to swim.

I don't think I've ever stayed in an airbnb with a host as considerate, accommodating, and fashionable (both in personal and interior decorating style). The space was designed with livability and beauty in mind, and it shows. My family and I settled in instantly, as the space oozes comfort, from the wood burning stove to the well-stocked and compact kitchen. And if that wasn't enough, as it was Christmas, she brought me and my family plates from her meticulously cooked family dinner. If we're ever in Cork again, we will surely rent with her, and maybe even take her out for a cocktail. Thanks, Maureen!

We had a great time in the cabin. Highlight of the stay was the fort Charles which was only 5 mins drive away. lots of great things to see and do kinsale. would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation in Cork. The place was well maintained, with everything clean and tidy. Despite being slightly behind schedule for our check-in, the host was incredibly understanding and accommodating. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore Cork as it is reasonable driving distance to the Cork city as well as quaint towns like Kinsale and Bandon. The warm hospitality of Eileen and her husband was quite memorable. They were very friendly and provided many suggestions and recommendations about places to visit.

Brenda’s tiny home was a perfect stop on our road trip. Brenda was a very warm and welcoming host, with great recommendations and communication. We loved sitting by the fireplace outside and enjoying the peaceful nights after exploring Cork and the beautiful town of Cobh. Would definitely recommend and would revisit in the future!

We had a great 2-week stay at Kenneth's. I was able to work remotely without any internet/Wi-Fi issues and there's a lovely private walk to the center of town and the boardwalk. Though it was sometimes chilly outside, we were plenty warm inside with the provided electric heaters and heated blankets. The place has all the amenities you'd need, especially for a longer stay. Kenneth was very responsive and helpful. Self-checkin was a breeze. The view is incredible.

Die Wohnung ist sehr professionell verwaltet bei Joan und hält ein was auf der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Die einmalige Aussicht hat uns angelockt und es ist wunderschön am Abend noch ein paar Schritte auf der Strandballade entlang zu gehen und die Eindrücke des Tages Revue passieren zu lassen. Es hat viel zu unternehmen von diesem Ausgangspunkt aus mit dem Auto (Blarney Castle, Kilkenny Castle, Cork, Ardmore, um nur ein paar Orte zu erwähnen und selbstverständlich Youghal selbst). Kurzum: die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.
