There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! Wonderful! We, as a group of 6 Christian men, desired a place to have our retreat. To gain a better understanding of God’s word and what he desires of us. This home, with its spacious interior, exterior and numerous bedrooms provided the perfect location. Sitting out by a blazing fire, this fire pit is the best, was a perfect way to end our evening. The few questions I had were responded to virtually immediately. Great service! Thank you

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

The location was great for walking. Very quite and private. Jimmy was very helpful and extremely responsive. The house was great and the views are great. An all around great location and size.

Preston and Sandie were excellent host. There were very clear instructions on how to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, and the snacks were a welcome treat. The fireplace made it very cozy and the view was spectacular

If I could give more stars, I would! The perfect blending of rustic and comfort. Great location with easy access to downtown. Private and quiet location with great ambiance of the chickens, goats, ducks and rabbits! This was the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

A great place for a convenient getaway not far from the Denver area. Our family enjoyed the large deck and hot tub. Plenty of hikes and restaurants close by. Would recommend to any one looking for a quiet relaxing place. Host was very communicative.

Please share this. We were so pleased with our 2 days at 888 Yarnell in Larkspur. We enjoyed a beautiful atmosphere in the mountains with a like-new apartment for 2. Our place was very clean and we enjoyed kcup coffee and shower amenities. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay with live deer and a moose and many turkeys surrounded by evergreens and fall flowers.

Great bottom apartment space. Each bedroom has its own window however so it doesn’t feel claustrophobic like some walk out basement type facilities. It was perfect for our 3 day stay with our big dog. There are skunks about so don’t let your dog run free, you might get a surprise. We loved our stay and will return as we visit friends in the area. Kathy is a dog rescue person so she had all the appropriate dog supplies, feeding and watering bowls, leash etc. great stay, easily a five star rating.

Our stay with Mary was a perfect place for us. Clean, comfortable, private and very responsive to any questions we had. Would love to stay there again!

Ken and Colleen's apartment is exactly as advertised. The apartment is very comfortable and private and Ken and Colleen are very responsive and friendly. They live upstairs, but I rarely saw or heard them. My adult daughter, my wife and I felt very much at home. They have everything available that is needed to make a stay comfortable. It snowed one evening during our stay and someone shoveled and salted the steps to the apartment almost the instant the snow stopped, which is better than at home. :-) I recommend Ken and Colleen's accomodation without reservation.

Amazing place to stay, exactly as described. Noise from upstairs did carry but didn’t bother me, but may be an issue for some. Would book again next time I am in town

Somah was great host... very accommodating and communicative. Good deal as a base location to explore the area. Enjoyable and comfortable trip for us.

Beautiful apartment stocked with some left over goodies and plenty of every day items like dishes, towels, etc. as well as playing cards. Common area is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Rico was extremely accommodating and always available and fast to respond to questions. Parking area is also very secure.

Brianna was a great host- very responsive to all questions. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at Ethan’s place. Perfect location! Clean and cozy for two person stay. There’re two working desk /area, which would be perfect if you’d look for a space for both working and relax. Ethan is responsive and very easy to communicate.

Maylene, was very responsive to all requests. Especially that I had just had my baby so anything we needed or requested was done quickly. The house was clean and fully equipped with all necessities you would need. On the day we wanted to check out she was very flexible with our check out time and took into consideration that I had a new born with me. I highly recommend this place, I would stay there again.

A wonderful vacation rental with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. The beds were very comfortable, the living room was cosy and pleasant. Quiet neighborhood, easy to come and go.

Shawna was very responsive and helped me with every question I had along the way. I highly recommend her and her property for any future guests.
