This home was beautiful and had plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby to stay comfortably. Elizabeth was quick to respond when we couldn't find the trash bags. We had one wheelchair user in our group and we were able to make this home work for her even though her chair would not fit through the bathroom door. There were plenty of amenities and it is a convenient location for food and access to the highway while being in a lovely neighborhood with a view of snowy mountains.

Garrett’s place in Parker was the perfect home away from home! The space was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was great, giving us easy access to explore the local Parker area and the Denver scene. There was plenty to do nearby, and the stay made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient stay!

Our stay was great! The house was clean and had all amenities. The house has a large really nice backyard with a deck. Great peaceful neighborhood within really close proximity to a large shopping mall and tons of food options

Julio's place was wonderful! Beautiful, clean and comfortable, perfect for us, our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 girls, aged 7 and 3. The holiday decorations and Christmas tree were a wonderful surprise as we celebrated the holiday early with our family! The kitchen was well-stocked and accommodated us beautifully during our six-day stay. It was nice being able to have our dog with us and he loved the fenced backyard. The girls especially enjoyed the playgrounds scattered throughout the neighborhood within walking distance. Nice, safe, walkable area in Parker with Costco, Trader Joe's and King Soopers just a few minutes away by car. We will definitely stay here again if we are looking for a place in Parker. Pike’s Perch was an amazing stay! The views from the house are beautiful, and so is the home itself.

The home is updated, very clean and peaceful. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas.

This home is incredible and the hosts are even better. Unfortunately we were there because of a loss in our family but DP went out of their way to let us book last minute. Having such a beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable home was so needed after our emotionally heavy days. The home is exactly as described and truly has everything you could possibly need. The park right behind the house was great for the kids and the location was exactly where we needed. We have family in the area and wouldn't hesitate to book again. We are a large group and we prefer to stay in homes when we travel and DP's is now a top choice for us. If this home fits your needs - book it! You won't be sorry!

If you’re traveling with a big family or kids this is your place. Nicely decorated, amazing communication, the basement was a dream for my 8, 13 and 15 year olds! Clay was extremely responsive and proactive in making our experience enjoyable.

We have stayed at Rob’s a few times and are always comfortable. He is a very responsive host and has provided everything you need for your stay.

I had a great stay and I love the area. I had my dog with me and she loved walking around the complex several times a day. They also have a beautiful walking trail that leads towards the mountain behind the complex. If you walk far enough, it turns into a really nice hike. I’d stayed at Alex’s other apartment on the same property back in January as well. I found both of his apartments to be incredibly clean and had fully stocked kitchens. Their cleaning service really does an excellent job and you could walk around in white socks without any worry. I also wanted to add, I ended up requesting to book this place after 11pm at night and got an immediate response and confirmation with my check-in instructions! I had just driven 15 hours straight and the other Air BnB I’d reserved was NOT what was advertised!! I scrambled and messaged Alex/Gabe in desperation, knowing I had a good experience with them before. I was SO GRATEFUL to hear back from them and they took good care of me.

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

Very lovely, nicely furnished Condo in Parker. Located in a very nice neighbourhood - close to walking trails and Parks. Michael is a great person. He met us at the Condo to check us in and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. Real pleasure getting to know Michael

This second floor walkup apartment is a roomy location a convenient short drive to stores, restaurants, and quaint downtown Castlerock. The bed is firm memory foam and the rest was exactly as shown. The apartment is very pet friendly with a yard down the back stairs. Alex communicated all expectations and answered questions quickly.

Según mi evaluación todo estaba muy bien tal y como lo indicaba el anuncio, al llegar hice contacto y respondió rápido luego traté de hacer observación del BBQ pero no tuve respuesta y asumí que era por la fiestas de Navidad, pero está bien Mi esposa recomienda que según ocasiones especiales y grupo de familia se debió decorar un poco con arreglos de navidad en este caso para los hijos. El papel que usa en los baños era muy mala calidad, eso pudieran cambiarlo. Gracias

It was an easy stay and we had Thanksgiving there which was awesome thanks for a wonderful visit!

Carol was friendly and accommodating. I brought my two dogs and cat, and she even thought to put cat toys in the Airbnb before my arrival. She was also flexible around checkout time, allowing me to leave later in the day as the location was not booked that evening. The neighborhood is beautiful, with deer all over the place. I stayed here while horse showing at the Colorado Horse Park about seven minutes away. This place was extremely convenient!

Stayed for 4 weeks in the middle of TWO snowstorms & the Thanksgiving holiday (we are locals having our home reno-ed). Elena provided sidewalk salt, which was so sweet. She has a fully enclosed/fenced backyard, so my dogs were safe, though I walked my pups 4-times daily. She and her family were incredibly quiet upstairs, yet responded to me promptly as I messaged her through AirB. Every AirB has "quirks" but we were quite comfortable here. We brought our own toaster oven... that's one thing I'd suggest. LOVE ❤️ that each bedroom has its own bathroom!!!

Great bottom apartment space. Each bedroom has its own window however so it doesn’t feel claustrophobic like some walk out basement type facilities. It was perfect for our 3 day stay with our big dog. There are skunks about so don’t let your dog run free, you might get a surprise. We loved our stay and will return as we visit friends in the area. Kathy is a dog rescue person so she had all the appropriate dog supplies, feeding and watering bowls, leash etc. great stay, easily a five star rating.

Listen, don’t let the lack of a kitchen (stove/oven/dishwasher) dissuade you. You are on vacation and in walking distance of fantastic restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops! You have a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sink, and an electric frypan if you feel you must cook. Your private garden/back porch is delightful and welcoming. Julianne is onsite and willing and able to assist in a moments notice and makes you feel at home in the best way.

We stayed for the week of Christmas with our adult children and 2.5 yr old grandson. The place was configured as listed and was ideal for the family! The play area gave the added space for the little one to play without cluttering the common area with toys and provided a nice range of nostalgic games and books to keep the adults collectively engaged and entertained. The swing and slide in the backyard were a great outdoor escape on better weather days. The place was festively (and tastefully) decorated for the holidays which particularly added to our enjoyment. The weather cooperated with us, with light overnight snow one night which was nice and posed no problem for access or egress, however, we would be concerned about getting up the driveway to get out if serious snow/ice had occurred. There was information on local driveway clearing services in the house rules book (at renter's expense) Overall, would definitely return summer or winter! All were very happy!

This cabin is located very close to some of the best fishing. The outside is rustic, and the inside is beautiful and modern. The cabin had lovely linens and beds. The kitchen was stocked with cooking equipment and there is a lovely dining table, so we had a beautiful dinner overlooking the woods, didn’t see a single neighbor, the only noise over the two day stay was birds. This would be a great stay for birdwatchers, fly fishers or in the summer, tubers. The only downside was that the walk to the river leads to private property, the fence was down so we could walk over but didn’t feel right about that, so we just drove 10 min to all our other favorite fishing spots along the Platte. It was overall a great stay!
