Extremely clean home and amazing host. Jarvis quickly responded to and adhered to all my concerns. A true home away from home. I’d gladly book with him again!

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and easy to find. Caesarius was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made my trip very pleasant. I highly recommend this spot and would definitely return.

This stay was a great deal. It had everything we needed and was what we wanted. It is the basement of the hosts' home, but we heard very little and often forgot they were there! The stay is refurbished and not perfect (but who is?!). We enjoyed ourselves nonetheless! The neighborhood is nice for a short stroll.

Second stay at this location. The location improved from the last time I’ve stayed here. Clean, quiet, parking is decent. Will stay again

really nice stay. i enjoyed it. kalil was kind & replied fast. no complaints. nothing was asked of us besides to wash our dishes & put the towels used away in the hamper. i will book again in the future. thank u kalil :)

The thing that stood out most, we talked about when I’d be arriving and had some problems on the trip and Samuel called to see if things were okay.

Patricia’s home was truly a home away from home. It was very clean and peaceful . The beds were amazingly comfortable. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Wished I would have stayed longer. Highly recommended! We will be returning in the future.

I had an excellent stay during my work trip. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed to feel comfortable. The king-size bed was especially great for a restful night’s sleep after long days. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and attentive, ensuring my stay went smoothly. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling for work or leisure.

The home was absolutely beautiful. There is an amazing meditation room and phenomenal artwork sprawled throughout the house. Kimberly was extremely responsive to all questions and helpful throughout the whole booking.

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

clean & private…

I was in town for a conference at a hotel one block away and appreciated being able to have a kitchen where I could prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe coming and going from the building, which has a 24-hour concierge. Adam's apartment has a nice balcony. I also appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking, and the great water pressure in the bathroom shower. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, though. They aren't provided.

A little tricky arriving the first time since the front of the building is not actually against the street, but once you figure that out it's fine. The key fob/concierge entry definitely made me feel more secure in the area. William was responsive to any questions I had for him which I appreciated. We got the condo since my conference was right up the street and I was pleased that the aquarium was a short walk away. It's close to some restaurants, a cafe, and a food court at the Hub for weekdays. The condo didn't seem as "nice" as others where my colleagues stayed in the same building, but my view was best and it was definitely sufficient. Just a very "renty" vibe, with the paint, repairs, and damages the same you'd get in any apartment. The bed was sooooo comfortable! I took a photo of the tag because I slept so well for that week!

Great location. You have to walk about 1/2 mile to get to any of the attractions but that beats dealing with the traffic! I felt safe in the area and it was very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay. Very clean and very nice view in the condo. So many things to do around but the place is so nice that you’ll prob just stay inside. I will definitely book again.

I was thrilled to find Trish’s place. After staying for almost a week it bypassed all my expectations. I will always try to stay here when I come to Atlanta.
