Wonderful host and beautiful house and property. I felt like I was staying with family.

Debi's home is beautiful with lots of cute eclectic pieces! I would definitely recommend this home for a cozy stay.

The fenced in yard was great for our 2 dogs. Thankful we were able to stay.

Perfect place for our family to hang out while my husband and I ran the trails.

We made a quick overnight trip for a wedding. Her accommodations were close to all the restaurants and activities that we needed. She is very close to MNU. Constance was an amazing host. I highly recommend booking her room the next time you are in Olathe, Kansas.

I had a nice stay at Janet's place. The bed is comfortable. I had a private bathroom. Janet let me use her computer desk in the office area in her house. I also love that her house is steps away from a nearby park!

Suzy’s place was beyond what we expected. She thought of everything! If you forgot anything on your trip, she had it covered…. The bed was super comfy and while it was a bedroom, she was so generous about sharing use of the main living spaces and we felt super comfortable.

Second time I’ve stayed at this location. Quiet, the bed is amazing, relaxing, spotless and the host is absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend it!!!

This place was amazing for a getaway. It looks even better than the pictures. Everything was super clean, neat, and beautifully decorated. One thing to be aware of is there is a good amount of cars driving at night that may keep you up if you’re a light sleeper. But that’s just the location, not anything they can really control! They were super communicative and had plenty of recommendations of places to visit nearby. 10/10 experience!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A beautiful house and loved the way the sunflower room was set up. The bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again. My host Sharon was very nice and served a delicious breakfast. The house was spotless and well maintained.

Beautiful classic house. This is a real bed & breakfast! Gorgeous restored house in a very nice neighborhood. It’s definitely not like most modern airbnb’s that are more similar to a hotel stay. Sharron prepares an incredible breakfast for you each morning. I highly recommend trying a stay!

Fantastic and comfortable stay at Cat's place! The house is absolutely charming. I really appreciated all the nice touches to make me comfortable (coffee station upstairs, bathrobe and spare toiletries, extra cozy blankets). Cat is exceptionally friendly and kind. She made a fantastic breakfast of homemade oatmeal that was perfect for venturing out into the cold day! Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed the stay. Was very quiet and private. Neighborhood was great and had good parking options. Loved the big spacious bathroom. Nice upstairs lounge with coffee provided. Also Sharon had great knowledge of the area and gave recommendations!!!!! Extremely helpful and inviting. Thanks again
