This house was a great landing spot for our family while visiting relatives in Lawrence. It is cozy and had just enough space for our family of four, along with the basics for our visit: quiet and effective heating system, off-street parking, and walkable to downtown Lawrence. Aside from a few cars driving past, the neighborhood was quiet at night. Casey was always very responsive—in the days leading up to our trip, he kept us updated on hot tub repairs (though we didn’t plan to use it), and when we alerted him to some areas of housecleaning that had been overlooked, he addressed it right away.

Very much enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay again if/when I come back to Lawrence. Almost didn't want to write a review so nobody else will know about this gem

My Airbnb experience was fabulous! Stunning atmosphere & cozy. I enjoyed the TV size, hot tub, and kitchen. Made all home cooked meals. Jackie provided snacks too. Location was walkable to everything downtown. Parking varied and needed to pay meters at times and I got 1 ticket. Then I found a free parking one block away so that was okay. I would definitely come back and stay again. Clean, organized, comfortable. Extra pillows, soap, hair dryer, pots and pans. Splendid trip! May even think of renting from 800 Lofts.

Excellent location and host. Due to a busy weekend schedule, we didn't get to enjoy the place as much as I would have wanted. I'd stay here again the next time visiting Lawrence. Ashley was great and everything was as advertised.

We came to Lawrence for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and needed a last minute place to stay. Some condos you stay in are overly-complex to get into and this one was very simple and easy! Parking was on the street but we had no problems finding a spot close to the condo and on a Saturday night it was relatively quiet, no issues at all. Amanda, the host was super responsive & kind. The couch turned into a futon and came with a mattress topper which made it very comfortable for my daughter. The location was walking distance to all the downtown restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk to be anywhere downtown that you would want to go. Overall, as described and we would recommend!

Brooke's little studio was perfect for our weekend stay in Lawrence. The location is central to everything downtown and the garage door that opened up the entire wall was a beautiful view!

Ashely was a great host! Very fast in responding. We had an issue with the AC during our stay and Ashely was on top of it. It was fixed the next day and she even gave us a gift card to a local restaurant to make up for it. The space was overall very nice. The sofa bed was pretty small- it would be a tight fit for 2 adults. We heard the upstairs neighbors quite a bit as well- especially at night. It’s a great location- everything on Massachusetts is within walking distance. We decided to park in the lot behind the building which was very cheap. Overall we had a great stay!
