Se tiene que seguir un reglamento dentro del departamento bastante estricto. Tienes que leerlo antes de contratar este departamento, ya que los cargos económicos por no seguir las reglas son altos. Si estás acostumbrado a seguir las reglas en tu casa este es el departamento ideal para ti. Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). Everything was amazing and great location. I was a little bummed we couldn’t get the sauna to work. However, the pool, hot tub, home movie theater and comfortable open floor plan with pool table made up for it. Great stay!

The location was convenient and close to south lake. The place was well equipped all across and of course as shown in pics, the view from the living room was spectacular!

The place was nice and convenient for skiing at Heavenly and we would definitely stay again.

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

My stay at Olga and Josh’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Olga and Josh were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, making me feel right at home.

Ally’s place was located very close to one of the Heavenly ski lodges, which was ideal for our stay. The place was very nice and the sauna in the lower floor was a great bonus feature. Ally was incredibly friendly and responsive with her communications. I would definitely stay here again.

Jeff was a dream to work with, he was always very helpfull and responsive; the house was gorgeous and had everything you need to enjoy a peaceful family time…. Truly amazing experience!!! The cherry on the cake? Jeff was so helpfull to make our requests become a reality and truly enjoy the whole experience… my 5 star review is totally worth it and I could give 10 stars if only was possible!!! Thanks Jeff

This is a beautiful and comfortable 4 bedroom house less than 10 minutes to Heavenly Village. Even though it is close, it is in a quiet and private neighborhood with outstanding views of Lake Tahoe. It has a well equipped and large kitchen, as well as comfortable dining and living rooms. William and Kristina are very communicative and helpful. My family of six were well accommodated and could easily get privacy when needed. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great location with partial lake views and easy drive to both Heavenly lodges and village. We enjoyed the glass sunroom and used the kitchen which was well equipped. Few minor issues that we’ll communicate to the host (who was an excellent and prompt communicator). Would stay again!

Excellent location for skiing the Nevada side of heavenly. It’s very affordable for the convenience given the ease of travel to the slopes. Check in and out was perfectly easy as well

The four of us couples stayed here and had an amazing time! Maria’s place is modern, super clean, and really spacious, so we were all super comfortable. The whole stay was great, and we’d definitely recommend it!

It’s a nice place to stay in winter. Location is close to California lodge parking. The house is clean and spacious, has everything you need for a short stay. The heating system works well and without any noise (which was a problem in a few other places I stayed in the area before). Edrene was always available to answer our questions.

Annabel’s place was awesome. We had a fantastic stay. Clean, great amenities and location, easy check in and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay with our two young kids and two dogs. The fenced in yard and amenities for the kids made it a very comfortable place for a family. Loved the stocked kitchen, kids toys and crib/high chair. Would definitely stay here again. Also the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We can't say enough great things about Tonya's Airbnb, and hope to be back for another snow vacation next year! It was very clean and organized, and decorated beautifully. It also had all of the amenities you could need - even extra toothbrushes, tissues, cotton balls etc. We had our toddler and 5 year old with us, and they loved playing with the basket of toys and books provided. The house was also great for kids, as they had corner protectors on the coffee table, and items like a high chair and pack n play available if needed. We also loved the huge backyard for playing in the snow! The house is tucked away on a quiet street, but still very close to Heavenly and all of the restaurants and shops in that area. Great location! Highly recommend staying here, and can't wait to come back!

Great location! Great amenities! Rustic style! Big pine trees! Cozy fireplace! Charming old stove! When you imagine a tahoe cabin, this is the place you are thinking of. You have to drive to get to the slopes, but there's a lot of restaraunts nearby in walking distance. Plus you've got that hot tub nestled in the pines, waiting for you when you get off the slopes. My dog LOVED running around in the fenced in yard.

My family really enjoyed our month long stay! The house was warm and cozy during the cold winter. The house is perfectly located in South Lake Tahoe.

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The hot tub was awesome and the location was great. Our boys (2 and 5) loved the house and it was great to have 2 separate bedrooms - one for us and one for the kids.

A great location for a wonderful weekend family weekend. The children's toys and very well stocked kitchen were icing on the cake.

What a beautiful property! Great location - 10 minutes drive from downtown and Heavenly resort, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and equipment rentals around. The house was squeaky clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Pool table and hot tub were a nice addition! The host is very welcoming and gave us so many recommendations. We'll definitely be back!
