Colleen was a great host and was very responsive leading up to our stay. I've stayed at this resort before and it's very clean, friendly hosts and great location. Check in and check out was a breeze as well. Only downside is the parking lot fills up at night and you have to park across the street in a covered lot. I didn't mind the 5 min walk, but others might have have an issue with it. I'll definitely be back to this resort and would highly recommend Colleen as a host!

Sean was an amazing host! Communication and tips were spot on! It’s a great place to stay, just keep in mind in the summer there isn’t an AC, so it’s can get pretty warm in the room and with the limited window you can’t really cool it off. However I can’t wait to stay again in the cooler months! Besides from the AC I would definitely recommend Sean as a host!

Location was close to Tahoe village. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen was just a little small to cook in, but it was manageable and had everything we needed. It was very clean. Thank you.

Lovely studio about 10 min walk to stagecoach lodge and lift. Cozy, great views, a tub, great location and friendly staff - perfect ski getaway.

We’ve been to Lake Tahoe for the past 6 years straight. This was the first time utilizing ABNB and staying at Marriott Timber Lodge. We have nothing but positive things to say. Mike was easy to communicate with from the start, understanding of our needs and willing to accommodate any requests we had, and was honest and truthful in everything he said. The room at Marriott’s Timber Lodge was exactly what we hoped it would it. The location was perfect and in the heart of Heavenly Village and the hotel amenities were just as described. We look to returning next summer once again.

As a family of 5 we are always disadvantaged when it comes to finding accommodation. Les's 2BR apartment at the Tahoe Ridge Resort was very spacious and even the sleep sofa was very good (something really hard to find). We had a great time and recommend his place without hesitation.

Perfect place for a night in Lake Tahoe. Comfy bed and room that felt like a mini-home. Located in the heart of a little neighborhood with shops and activities and free parking on the premises. Just right. Thanks Ginger for your quick replies and clear information.

We had a great stay! The Villa had all the necessary accommodations and was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend.

Thank you Hanna so much for sharing your place with my family. This was the third time we stayed at this location and we love it so much. Huge heated pool, hot tubs, gym, and events. For us, the kids center is a huge deal. Extremely clean, quiet, and has everything. We cook, so there’s lots of cookware to make meals. But it’s also so close to a ton of restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended.

Very nice place overall. Newly renovated rooms, clean facility. It is ski in and ski out for regular season dates. We happened to be during earlier season time and had to drive to California lodge side 7-10 min which we absolutely did not mind. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, place is next to ice skating rink movie theater and more…My family had great time, kids enjoyed activities which facility offered on daily basis: kids bingo night, s’mores, computer games(Xbox) and other… overall Marriott timber lodge had full schedule of all kinds of things to do from yoga to swimming in the heated pool. It is conveniently located close to the Lake Tahoe with public access to the beach. Host was very responsible and answered every question. Helped to resolve parking charges that were incorrectly applied. We will definitely consider coming back.

Amazing place. Highly recommended. Location is perfect. In the fact that it comes to the valet. Parking is amazing. We never had to worry about the car. Now ski resorts like Heavenly are charging at the California Lodge for parking. I could literally see the gondola from my beautiful balcony.hotel staff is also very friendly. The renter was also very kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and checked in with me.
