Great last minute booking to get out of the heat. 1 minute walk to the private beach, 2 pools to use, great space inside with a pull out sleeper couch if needed. Highly recommend and will be back again. We live in El Dorado County so stay in SLT often and this is one we will put at the top of the list with the beach access and amenities

RnR rentals at Lakeland village #107 was a great place to stay for a couple. The heavenly bus route is across the street and takes you to the California lodge. The free public bus stop is there as well, making after ski visits to the town a breeze. The fire pit oven was awesome. The bathroom is a little small. RnR was great via texting. The amenities by the lake are nice to sit at. There’s is a hot tub and gas fire pits you can turn on. Overall would definitely go back.

This home is cozy, clean with basic essentials available in kitchen. The location is good. Would surely recommend if you want to be close to everything.

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

We had a great time staying at Mohammed place. Very convenient location with everything needed there. Mohamed is very responsive, we got in traffic and were very late however he responded in the midnight and helped us to get in. Highly recommended 😊

This is a great little stay that’s super convenient and close to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. We had direct access to the lake and there was ample space to play and frolic in the snow. There was also a small little play structure that my son enjoyed. The location was close enough to easily get to a few different tubing spots and it was a huge bonus to have Whole Foods directly across the street if we needed anything in a pinch. Mohammed was very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with and check in was super easy.

We could not have picked a better flat and host for our stay in South Lake. Mohamed was very easy to work with and helped us check in seamlessly after a long drive. The flat is in a gorgeous spot right on the lake. Perfect for kids with a playground, pool and two hot tubs. Also a great sauna that we used when it was too snowy to enjoy the spas. Nice that they have luggage carts, vending machines, ice machines, and a common room with pool table and games to check out. Hope to be back soon!

Jennifer’s home is located in a perfect spot of South Lake Tahoe. The location is just minutes from Heavenly Village, and is in walking distance to the lake, grocery stores and restaurants. Upon arrival Jennifer gave excellent instructions for the home, as well as answered all the questions we had. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and gave you the cabin like feel to it. I would recommend Jennifer’s home to all looking to have a pleasant stay in South Lake Tahoe 5/5 stars will definitely be staying again

Great little place in a prime location. Nice to get up in the mornings and walk out to the lake. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Just an overall no-nonsense booking and rental. Highly recommend.

Amanda’s place was great! We stayed there to ski at Heavenly nearby. The place was also much bigger than I expected; we were 3 couples staying there and we could’ve easily fit another couple in the extra bed. I feel like most listings are smaller than the photos make it feel, but this place was just the opposite.

We were two families and it was a perfect place to hangout. The three bedrooms with comfy beds and space was really nice. Location! Location! Location! So perfect, close to all the restaurants and the gondola ride. Amenities were great too - the pool and fireplace were great.

Enjoyed my second stay in this condo. Great location with a responsive host.

My family and I had an absolute blast! Great Location!!!! Loved how private it was and how close it was to restaurants, grocery and Beach.

Such a good location with amazing view of the lake. The house is clean and comfortable. The only improvement could be the apartment number at the entrance. It’s hard to read especially for guests check-in in the evening.

We had a great stay. It was a cozy home as described. The host was organized and responsive.

Mike's place was great. It looked exactly like the pictures and we thoroughly enjoyed both the balcony and the fireplace, on the snow days (of which there were a few)! The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/appliances we needed, and the full size fridge more than met our needs. Bedroom (and all rooms) were roomy with lots of storage space for luggage. This was a great find, inside the Hilton, which also provided us with an onsite gym and pool/sauna (albeit we did not use). 20 min walk (brisk) to Heavenly ski resort and lots of surrounding restaurant options. Thanks for a great experience!

Had a great stay at Cynthia’s place! The room was cozy to stay in and it was very close to the lake. Hope to come back again! The hot tubs and fire pits were great too!

Our family really enjoyed staying in Dessi’s place. This was a very special trip that included the whole family learning to ski for the first time.
