This was a perfect place for our family to be together! The house was clean and absolutely beautiful with great amenities!! Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay! We wanted somewhere near the North Shore without all the people. We got to experience Duluth, Two Harbors, and Goosebery Falls State Park, while still coming back to a place both peaceful and with amazing views. Walking down to the river had wonderful views of the fall colors. We wish we would have had time for a fire by the river, but maybe next time. We took Deb’s recommendations for dinner and breakfast places, and both were fantastic. The place was very clean and nice, exactly like the description. Communication was simple and easy. Over all a great experience, hope to return in the future.

My family had a great stay here to celebrate a milestone birthday. Lots of information from the host, we knew what to expect and the house had everything we needed. Would stay again!

INCREDIBLY KID FRIENDLY! This house was perfect for my family with an infant and toddler! My toddler had some toys and books to play with and my infant had access to a pack and play and a high chair! We will look for this listing first anytime we make our way back to Duluth!

The Duluth House is a gem! The location is unbelievable, right at the foot of the lift bridge, then walkable to all Canal Park has to offer. The views of the lighthouses and Superior are breathtaking - with one room having 3 sides of windows to take in an uninterrupted view. We enjoyed watching huge ships coming into the harbor, right from the dining room. The weather was very “March like” but the home was cozy, clean and comfortable so we didn’t mind. We still enjoyed the easy beach access and walking to shopping and restaurants. A bonus for us was the kid items - coloring, books, play kitchen, dolls, blocks and more - a unique amenity that kept our kids entertained! We hope to return in the summer for more outdoors time. 10/10

The home is easy to find with a lit address sign on the street. the interior design and layout of the house is unique and would have accommodated the guests we anticipated but who had to bow out. Very close to UMD, Bagley Nature Area. Every place we wanted to go was easy to drive and park. We had no need to communicate with our host during the trip. Even snow was anticipated with a shovel to help us get out of the driveway Sunday morning.

The home was perfect for our trip. It was very comfortable. the furniture was comfy as well. it was nice to have the basement space and play pool and ping pong. it was very quiet. It snowed during our stay and Larry came and shoveled the drive for us. The back yard and deck and view are beautiful! I would recommend this location and would stay again.

I loved staying here with some of my college buddies. It was really quiet and peaceful, yet 15 minutes away from major attractions. It had plenty of space for the 7 of us. Ashley was great at communicating with me and checking in. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Duluth!

This is either our 2nd or third time staying at Greg's place and it is perfect for us. Located in a very peaceful area and near much of what Duluth has to offer us. Greg was always quick to respond to any questions we had and a super host. We would definitely book there again!!

This is the best place to stay in Duluth. Right next to Fitgers, near the walking trail, and easy access to everything. The place was super clean and quiet.

Kelly’s family’s cozy Airbnb was perfect for an overnight getaway to Duluth. It’s well-situated maybe 5-10 mins from downtown Duluth but nestled in a quiet, peaceful wooded area right outside Proctor. Airbnb was well-heated and had an electric or gas fireplace for extra warmth if needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils - I made an entire Valentine’s Day dinner with what they had available! Bathroom was large and comfortable as well with lots of towels and some shower supplies available as well. This spot is well-decorated and has a binder with clear instructions for check-in / check-out, as well as local recommendations for food & activities nearby for people newer to the area. Would give it 10 stars if I could! I’ll be back anytime I’m in the Duluth area. Thank you! 😌💕

We booked for two nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed or could think of. The location was great and Maria responded very quickly. We would stay at any of Maria’s homes, as I’m confident she thinks to include all the small details!

This rental has it all for any couple who wants to experience the beauty of Lake Superior and be able to walk to just about everything in Duluth. We explored the North Shore by car during the day and the city by foot in the evening. The view is so mesmerizing it's hard to close the curtains at night and miss the early sunrise, if you're lucky you can watch a ship passing through the famous lift bridge too.

I’ve been traveling to the shore of Lake Superior for 20 years. I have stayed in many different locations, this was probably the best. Absolutely peaceful and cozy, yet modern and elegant. It was also very unique.
