This is a beautiful apartment with wonderful views of Lake Superior. It is conveniently located and includes amenities such as an outdoor hot tub, exercise room, game room, and rooftop seating and firepit. We love staying here and will do so again.

Nathan was super responsive, helpful, and just went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The building was so nice for a cozy long weekend!

I stayed with my two dachshunds for some events at charitable organizations in Wisconsin, and this was one of the few locations that would allow me to bring the dogs and leave them in the room when I had to attend events (as long as they were crated). The room was immaculate with more than I needed for the weekend (full kitchen of appliances including stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and washer/dryer in unit). The private balcony was amazing and gave my pups a chance to spend some time outside without needing to be on a leash. The instructions for accessing the building and room were clear and accurate. They offered recommendations for dining in the area (although I didn't need them since my favorite smokehouse, OMC Smokehouse, was conveniently only a few blocks away). I will be sure to check for availability the next time I'm in the area.

This was a great place to stay! It looked exactly like the photos and had great restaurants near by that were in walking distance. I would recommend staying here to others.

The place was super clean and very modern. Would have been nice to enjoy a little more time there - we only stayed one night.

Firstly, Dillon was excellent, extremely fast responsive at all different hours of the day, and he also gave us great recommendations for where to go. The location was perfect as a base for our groups weekend Duluth Trip. Plenty of space for us to fit seven, and a really cozy place for us to play board games and watch a movie. Great place!!

Great studio and exactly as described. Super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you may need to cook. Only about a 5 minute drive from lake walk area. Within walking distance of breakfast and dinner places right off the street. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for me and my friend while we were in town for a race. Comfy, well equipped and close to where we needed to be! Absolutely loved our stay!

A cool renovated property in a perfect location. The weather was poor during our stay in Duluth, so it was nice (especially with little kids) to have access to the pool and restaurants without even having to step outside. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed as a family of five. Beds were comfortable and the bunk beds were a fun addition for the kids. Host was very responsive and parking was easy. I brought my wife and two kids up to Duluth for the kids’ spring break. The space was perfect, we were able to spread out and not be right on top of each other. And we had that magnificent view of Lake Superior the whole time. A big big perk was having the pool and hot tub, we had one day where it was rainy and gross & we really took advantage of those amenities. It was also nice having the underground parking. We had a great time and if we ever make another trip to Duluth we’ll see if this place is available.

The place was great. It was clean and spacious, and I love how it was in the heart of Canal Park. The kids loved swimming in the pool, and I liked the separate bedrooms and the kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The place was nicely decorated and cozy. We Hope to stay there again in the future.

This is a great option for a Duluth getaway! The hilltop views are very impressive and it’s a short jaunt down to Canal Park. We had no difficulties finding close street parking. The condo was incredibly clean and modern. Would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay! Great location right by shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the water. Very clean, nice space, comfy beds and a nicely stocked kitchen with anything you could need to make it feel like home. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect Airbnb. Had everything needed plus extra snacks, ice maker, extra blankets…exceeded all expectations!
