Five friends had a great stay at The Trailhouse. We spent time at an event in Duluth, then explored Duluth and visited the lake. The house was a convenient drive to everything we wanted to do. Matthew was very responsive if we had questions. Everything was clean. Big functional kitchen, open to the dining and living room. Take the scenic drive from I35 on 210, if you can. It was beautiful.

Beautiful farm house. Host was super responsive. VERY quiet, so much that we wanted to use the noise machines in the rooms. Very warm (we visited in February and below 0 temps) and pleasantly surprised how warm it was. Bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans and would recommend bringing or adding more fans to the property for moving air at night because it was pretty warm. (Yes we turned down the heat at night)

Eric was very easy to work with and accommodated an earlier check-in and the later checkout. The house was very clean. It was perfect for myself, my daughter and our dog. Easy access to freeway and downtown Duluth. Would have loved to use the fireplace, but the weather did not cooperate. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place. The house was spotless, had comfortable beds, great location and was quiet. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Airbnb was perfect for what we needed for the weekend and Trisha was super helpful and responsive.

This is the third time we have stayed at this house and we will continue to stay here once or twice a year. Amanda is a great host.

This house was so incredibly beautiful and the host had everything thoughtfully laid out! We loved the unique historic layout and the beautiful windows. The beds were very comfortable and it was a big enough space for our large family. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

The home is easy to find with a lit address sign on the street. the interior design and layout of the house is unique and would have accommodated the guests we anticipated but who had to bow out. Very close to UMD, Bagley Nature Area. Every place we wanted to go was easy to drive and park. We had no need to communicate with our host during the trip. Even snow was anticipated with a shovel to help us get out of the driveway Sunday morning.

Great stay! Loved the whirlpool tub. My 6 year old loved it also😊 Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely, relaxing weekend! Close enough to Duluth and everything we wanted to do! On kind of a busy road, but we had no problems with anything. Would definitely stay again for the price!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Billie's place! The kitchen was furnished nicely! There were more than enough towels, and the location was ideal. Bill was extremely responsive, and reached out to maintenance immediately about an issue that arose. I would definitely stay at Billie's again, highly recommend for anyone, friends going on a girls trip or even a family trip.

Tammy Jo’s place was perfect for us. It was two adults and our little. Very close to Duluth and we were able to walk to two parks with our little. Her place had everything we needed and the location was great! Would definitely stay again.

Family came to town for the weekend. The location was nice, fairly quiet neighborhood close to the entertainment district and just a short jaunt across the bridge to Duluth. Taylor and Madison were very flexible when it came to check in time. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was cozy, clean and maintained. This was the first B&B experience and will definitely recommend them to others.

Dylan was a Great host! Responsive communication, very clean unit. Heating was a bit difficult to manage at negative outside temperatures, but that's to be expected. All in all it was a good place to stay for a month while my family and I made a transition. I would stay here again.

We had a great time at this beautiful condo in Canal Park - two families with four kids total (all elementary age). Plenty to do, from the brewery downstairs to the pool in the hotel to walking around Canal Park shopping and eating. Great central location to spend a day driving north and exploring the shoreline as well. Pictures represent this place perfectly and the unit was spotless - just as advertised! We will be back.

The place was great. It was clean and spacious, and I love how it was in the heart of Canal Park. The kids loved swimming in the pool, and I liked the separate bedrooms and the kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The place was nicely decorated and cozy. We Hope to stay there again in the future.

The check-in process was very easy, clear instructions from host, house was as described and spotless. We also loved the place, felt very cozy, accessible to lots of great places to hang out and in a great location.

Location was perfect for our event at the DECC! The amenities were fantastic, the place was convenient for walking, food and things to do. The accommodations were very comfortable and quiet! Will definitely put them on my list of places to stay when in Duluth!

This is a great option for a Duluth getaway! The hilltop views are very impressive and it’s a short jaunt down to Canal Park. We had no difficulties finding close street parking. The condo was incredibly clean and modern. Would stay again!

Great hosts! Parking can be a little challenging with more than one car, and finding the lot is a little tricky. They were very responsive and helped when we couldn’t find it! 10/10 recommend!
