Douglas Lake : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

We loved our first visit at this part of TN and Lindsay’s place was the perfect location. The home was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our short stay, but definitely a good set up for anyone looking for long term stays. The neighborhood was in a nice and quiet street. The house is in a good location for stores, gas stations, and a short drive to downtown Knoxville. The drive to Gatlinburg wasn’t bad at all, especially with stops at other cute little towns along the way. Lindsay was a very sweet and great host! Her communication was great! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Only thing missing was a broom. I would have liked to have a broom accessable to sweep up after my toddler.

We really enjoyed the serene, beautiful setting and this home provided what we needed for the weekend! 15-20 min drive to most places we wanted to go. It was clean and comfortable. Daniel and Rachel were helpful with questions we had but didn’t overwhelm us with instructions, etc. and check in/out was a breeze. One thing some people may be surprised by: stink bugs. We come from places that experience these bugs and we understand these pests are harmless and unfortunately nearly impossible to prevent. So while annoying that they were very present (and spring is the beginning of the stinkbug season), they would never prevent us from returning. But other potential renters should be aware!

Very conveniently located just minutes from Jefferson City Health and Rehab which is what brought us to town. Nice lakes nearby and a few parks. We would stay there again.

Clean, well decorated, everything was labeled and stocked. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Would love to stay here again! Hidden gem.

Thomas & Angela went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & cared for. They have a beautiful space to offer & make sure to make you feel welcome on top of that. I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. We really appreciate the hospitality and look forward to our next stay in Louisville.

Great little house with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen were you can do real cooking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Short walk to a supermarket. We loved staying at the house and can recommend it.

Have stayed here a few times, and it’s always very nice. This is an excellent place to stay for anyone who may have pet or indoor allergies, as I’ve never had any issues during my stays. I highly recommend!

Incredibly clean place to stay and very responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again. Not a far drive from nearby activities but just far enough to appreciate the peaceful location.

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

This was our first ever stay at an airbnb, though we are hosts, ourselves. It didn’t disappoint, as the space is really nice with comfortable furniture. Sadly, those awesome looking recliners were not working at the moment, but are probably fixed by now. The children with us loved the pool! Everything was just as shown in the photos! April was an awesome host, accommodating some special requests we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on top of the mountain! The view was great from the balcony and the sunrise was awesome just a few steps across the parking lot. We really had everything we needed, and for a price that was much better than many other places we checked out. You do have neighbors, so there can be some occasional extra noise but it did not negatively impact our stay. It is a 20-30 min drive to most of the hikes we wanted to do, but it was such nice scenery on the way that it really didn't matter! We didn't have any issues while we were there, but it was nice to know how to contact Renae if we did. Great place to stay.

Easy process, great location near everything, and lovely, large space. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was great for our little getaway. My kids loved that the bunk beds were tucked away in the wall. Everything was clean. I love the shower in the master bath. I told my husband he needs to renovate our bathroom at home now

We'll be back next year! Really great! Came in late at night but lights were on welcoming us. Absolutely perfectly clean, including the condo exterior. The kitchen was the most equipped I've ever seen. We could have prepared a Thanksgiving meal (including a mash potato masher). Really quiet, spacious and absolutely clean. Loved all the bear decorations and feeding the ducks & geese outside by the river. Thank you!
