Loved this historical 1930s home, which has been fully renovated. Plenty of room to spread out. Wish there was a gate on the backyard fence. There is a lot of road noise. But still loved the house and would definitely stay there again.

This place was wonderful, less than 10 min from both Dollywood & downtown Pigeon Forge, yet its location is so peaceful. Makes for a perfect getaway after a long day at Pigeon Forge or Dollywood. The place looks exactly like the photos, possibly even better. Love that there was a noise machine in the bedroom & that there was even a heated reclining massage chair. Peaceful getaway in the Smokies, will be returning every-time I go Pigeon Forge.

My group enjoyed our stay. The view is very beautiful and the house is gorgeously decorated. Beds were great and it slept 7 people very comfortably. We only had a few minor qualms with the place: the ice machine was completely overflowed and wouldn’t stop producing ice, so anytime you opened the freezer, a ton of ice would fall onto the floor. The host only provides a bar of soap and no shampoo, but I think it is pretty standard to provide at least shampoo, especially at the price point. The shower is gorgeous though. They had two coffee machines, but didnt provide and coffee. The propane tank on the grill was completely empty and we figured that out after we prepped everything to grill. Plus the igniter button was missing, so we couldn’t light it without physically using a lighter anyways. The propane for the outdoor fireplace only lasted about 20 minutes before it kicked the bucket too. Other than that, the stay was great! Those are just minor issues that we noticed.

Third time staying here, and always enjoy my stay here. Robert is a great host!

This airbnb was in the center of everything! It was easy to get around, the beds were comfy and fit all of us comfortably. The host was super responsive. Check in was easy. Be aware the upstairs has slanted ceilings so being spatially aware to not run into it is key.

Perfect if you don’t want the hotel or resort vibe nor the price. Was just off the main drag so was easy getting to and from before hitting the traffic closer to the towns. Farthest part of Gatlinburg was only 25 minutes away maybe. Quiet minus the helicopter rides but those stopped at 8 PM and then it was peace and quiet. But really they hardly made a difference inside the home. Really you’ll forget they exist. Others complained of no salt, pepper, or even toilet paper. All that was there as well as coffee. Minus the creamer but there are plenty of grocery stores around to get that and food. Great having a washer and dryer right there to minimize packing. Was a little bummed the hot tub wasn’t available but it wasn’t anything worth giving this a horrible review in any way. Honestly it was like house sitting for your grandparents but there’s no food cause they eat out all the time and collect antiques! Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed here for a weekend disc golf get away. Was a perfect location for the area and Jason was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended

This was such a lovely Airbnb! Squeaky clean, walkable to beautiful Lake Junaluska and just a few minutes to hiking and downtown Waynesville. You can really tell Steve and Susie want their guests to have a five star stay with so many thoughtful touches such as bottled water, coffee, tea, half and half, biscotti’s card games and an abundance of books and guides about the area. There was a private table and chairs outside for a glass of wine or a meal which we loved and the bed was so comfortable. We visit this area often and we are so glad we have found our home away from home in Waynesville. Thank you Steve and Susie for hosting us! Blessings, Steve and Amy

I stayed in one of Carolyn's other properties and loved it. This one, too, did not disappoint. It is very cute, spacious, with all of the amenities I needed. There are extra touches like some snacks, coffee pods and water bottles. I didn't need it, but there was a dog water bowl, blanket, and some dog treats. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of sheets and towels. The location includes a view of the lake and easy access to walk around the lake. There are lots of great places to eat and shop in the area. I just loved it and look forward to staying again in June.

Well positioned spot in Morristown close to shopping, food, and grocery. Quiet neighborhood and supportive hosts make this a place I would return to.

Clean, well decorated, everything was labeled and stocked. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Would love to stay here again! Hidden gem.

Clean, quiet, spacious, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. I was in town for a wedding and didn’t get to truly enjoy everything that was offered, but there were nice amenities like a coffee bar. The space was comfortable.

The home was nice, no complaints, would stay again. But the stars here are the hosts. I was here for Hurricane Helene. The storm damage was honestly minimal compared to what I would later see in some of the harder hit areas, but I was blocked in by a small mudslide for just a day or so. The hosts happened to be out on vacation, but even through the cellular disruptions, they managed to maintain constant contact and coordinated assistance from neighbors. They took care of me like family.

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

We never got to stay at Lara’s place due to the hurricane and not being able to get there but I seriously can’t rate a host higher. Lara was compassionate and so so helpful. It is hard to come by true, genuine people like this and I can’t recommend their place higher! Thank you for everything, we will never forget your kindness.

My gf and I had a great stay at Ferns beautiful condo. This place was very clean, felt very homey, and is also within walking distance to downtown. Can’t say enough good things about Fern himself, with the recommendations on what to do, and ensuring all our needs were met. He truly went above and beyond as a host.

Chuck’s air bnb was a great location, perfect & peaceful surroundings and pet friendly. The river that runs behind the condo was amazing. The beds were super comfy. Great water pressure . Perfect place for a family of four and a fur baby. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of great restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. Loved sitting out back listening to the birds and the creek below. Very private and peaceful. Super clean with lots of extra nice touches. Check out Anakeesta, beautiful park and incredible Mountain views.

The whole team was very responsive the entire stay. I appreciated that the place was not overly decorated, it was beautiful. I have small children so lots of decoration calls for lots of stress. I felt safe in the space/location. Directions were clear making for an easy/smooth check in/check out! You get what you see!

This has been one of our favorite places to stay! It was quiet, easily accessible with an elevator when we needed it, and within walking distance to the main strip. The condo was clean and perfect for our stay; the hosts clearly and proactively communicated so there was no need to reach out to them first.

The condo was perfect! Gabriel as well as the co host made sure we were taken care of from check in to check out. The directions were very clear of what we needed to do. It felt like gone away from home. I would definitely use the place again and recommend to others going to Gatlinburg.
