Not a bad deal for the price. Cabin is not insulated and get's cold at night. I'd recommend a few blankets or sleeping bag in the colder months which I believe she recommended. You need to meet with the owner at check in where she goes over rules etc. She also drove by to caution us about the campfire in the presence of winds. Overall, I felt the property was well worth the price.

We had the best time at the dream cabin!! Robert was a great host who was polite and friendly, he had great communication with us throughout our whole stay! The cabin was so cute! Perfect location!! Close enough to all there is to do, but secluded enough that it was peaceful and quiet!! Next time we are in the area we will definitely try to stay here again!! Thank you for everything Robert we had a blast!!

Beautiful cabin, I had a great stay. The view are beautiful, and the hot tub is also very very nice. A lot of space and the shower was very spacious. Location was close enough to stuff but also private

We loved staying at David’s place! It was so cute and peaceful! Tanya was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely come back!

Brittany’s place was perfect for my quick getaway. The cabin was beautiful and exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials even though we ended up eating out most of the time. The hot tub was already nice and warm by the time we were ready to get in and the place was nice cozy!! Close to everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be returning soon. Thanks for having us!!

A great place to stay if you are looking for a cozy, quiet getaway. The property is lovely and has a great view! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions about our stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

This was our second time staying here, the first time was three years ago to date. When we arrived it felt like we had never left. It was so relaxing and so peaceful! Cathy was amazing and the small issue we had was resolved within the hour! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Very gorgeous cabin! The neighborhood was peaceful and not too far from shopping/activities. Everything was neat and organized when we arrived. Overall, great place to stay. I would definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful little weekend getaway! This was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed. We loved the hot tube and outdoor space!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was as described. The only issue we had was the WiFi was a little spotty but everything else was amazing! The roads were easy to travel and the cabin was very easy to find. It’s a great distance from all of the attractions in town as well.

Absolutely an A+ booking. My wife and I have raved about this awsome little cabin since we showed up in the drive. If you are looking for a romantic get-away, small family get-away, local, or just a private place on the quite side of the Great Smoky Mountains then this is your jackpot. Great local restaraunts and a low stress, freindly community. I have been coming to Townsend, TN. since my childhood and there is no better place in the Smokeys to hang your hat for a few days. The river is the best and ther is plenty to in this fine town. Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, & Cades Cove all less than a 45 minute drive. Your host is fabulous and a great communicator. You will not be displease, I promise! Thank you Mrs. Wanda for a great and affordable stay. We'll be back very soon.

I’m not sure if we can accurately describe our stay in 1,000 characters! Very communicative host, incredibly clear instructions on navigating to the top of the hill and entering the cabin. We followed Bryan’s recs for our quick trip to PF and made for a relaxing, low-key and delicious food weekend. The cabin is beautiful and cozy. Loved the decor - gotta have a neon light for that modern touch! We wanted to see the town, otherwise, we would have been happy spending a full 48+ hours right in the cabin. It was very clean and had all the basics you’d need to just stay in. Sufficient amount of towels, and bathroom/shower necessities. We didn’t use the firepit, but so nice to have that option. Loved the hot tub (very clean) and the lookout spot! Two small notes: the hill on entrance is pretty steep (didn’t cause us any issues) and Uber would not come pick us up on Saturday night (at no fault to owners). Quick drive into PF town and Gatlinburg! Thanks so much for a great experience! 10/10!

Great place to get away from town, but still be close. I really loved the peace and quiet. Beautiful surroundings made it feel like a cabin in the Smokey Mountains. I look forward to staying again when I am in the area.

This small cabin was the perfect place for our honeymoon. It felt very peaceful and private while being close to countless attractions. Would highly recommend.

The treehouse was so peaceful and the view was absolutely gorgeous. This is a fantastic place for a quiet time away and a chance to go hike some great trails in the area. My dogs loved it too! Brenna was incredibly responsive and gave great directions to guide us there!

Our stay at this off-the-grid mountain retreat in Tennessee was magical. We stayed in the cozy Stargazing Hut, a room with a clear roof for perfect nighttime views, a clean bed, heat, and ventilation fans. Surrounded by sheep, chickens, Jerusha the pig, and Murphy the cat we felt connected to nature, waking to the sounds of farm life. The property, with an outdoor kitchen and a luxurious yet rustic central shower, was impressively designed and well-maintained. Our host provided fresh eggs, firewood, and clean water, and his passion for sustainable living was evident in every detail. Cooking over the fire, sharing stories, and stargazing made this one of our most memorable, rejuvenating vacations.

Quiet and peaceful cabin close enough to all attractions that we never felt like we had to drive out of the way to have fun, but away enough from the hustle and bustle that we actually felt like we were on vacation. Lovely, intimate cabin! Fantastic hot tub — wish we used it earlier than we did. :)

My family of three had a magical stay at this charming treehouse! Dawne and Brian are clearly full of imagination and creativity, and the space is full of adorable and thoughtful touches. We were all wowed by the many decorating details and the clever use of space in the treehouse. It was cozy and comfortable, and we felt right at home. My 6 year old had a blast going down the slide, playing mini golf, and making friends with all the animals. The backyard at night is an amazing space to sit around the fire pit and wind down from the day. In addition to all the fun at the treehouse itself, the location is great—close enough to town for a quick drive to attractions, but in a quiet and beautiful wooded area. Dawne and Brian were very welcoming and took the time to chat with us, but also gave us space to explore and have fun—the perfect hosts! We had a blast and would love to stay again the next time we are in the area!

Our stay in this apartment was great! We have never taken our dog with us on a trip and finding this place was perfect! Our daughter goes to Johnson University, it was close enough to her and then also minutes away from downtown. Tyler even helped us with an air compressor for our flat tire. We will definitely be back! Great value and great experience!

Had a great time! It was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! the scenery was very pretty and the community is pretty quiet. The host was very quick to respond to any problems we had, as well as come up with quick solutions.

This is a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location!! It’s so peaceful. Parker and Oz were very nice and super helpful!! I highly recommend using Parker and Oz as host any time!!

Wonderful little A-Frame cabin on a truly gorgeous property; I'd definitely recommend for an introduction to the glamping experience. I stayed for only a couple nights during a last minute trip to Dollywood and found this space to feel surprisingly secluded for how close it is to tourist spots and amenities. James was communicative and kind - he let me know I could contact him at any time, if I needed anything, and checked in on me when I arrived late due to an unfortunately long wait for my rental vehicle. Both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. This IS a glamping experience and, upon inquiry about reservation, James was extremely forthright as to the condition of the place. There is a pop-up shower and an outhouse; the cabin is lit with fairylights, and the water pressure in the sink is a bit wanting. But everything is perfectly servicable and James was around if I needed anything. Personally, I found the place cozy and inviting. I would absolutely book to stay again.
