I stayed in one of Carolyn's other properties and loved it. This one, too, did not disappoint. It is very cute, spacious, with all of the amenities I needed. There are extra touches like some snacks, coffee pods and water bottles. I didn't need it, but there was a dog water bowl, blanket, and some dog treats. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of sheets and towels. The location includes a view of the lake and easy access to walk around the lake. There are lots of great places to eat and shop in the area. I just loved it and look forward to staying again in June.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Great place to stay. Location was excellent and peaceful. Host communicated exceptionally well. Condo was very clean.

This place was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. We had a blast. It's not too far from all of the restaurants and activities/attractions in pigeon forge. Takes about 30-40 mins to get to everything. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I 100% will be back !

The place is very nice, from the creek to relax in front of or the hot tub to get into:) Our weekend started warm then went colder and the fireplace in the house gets the place warm. The area is quiet. We had two ducks going around feeding and getting ready to nest. An eagle flew through and tried to get the ducks, they dove a couple times and the eagle left to go fishing. The area is mostly free from the damages of Helene. Plenty of birds coming and going all day:)

We loved our stay here! Our group really enjoyed all the space and the beautiful kitchen/game room. The host was extremely responsive and even worked with us on our arrival time. I will say if you are not familiar with the area, it seems like you are lost because the house doesn't fit in with the street, but we felt extremely comfortable and at home! We would 1000% stay here again. If you are needing a place for a fun girl's trip, this is your sign to book here!

Great location! Recommend the hot tub boats. This was a hit with the family! Responsive host that responded quickly to any questions we had thru out the stay. Once as you leave the property it is a Straight shot to the strip in Gatlinburg which is about 15-20 minutes away!

Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was thoughtfully stocked, very clean, and the views were AMAZING. The property was spacious enough to accommodate two families comfortably, and the outdoor areas provided additional living spaces, allowing everyone to spread out and relax. Shelly and Chloe demonstrated outstanding communication throughout our stay, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to booking this home again in the future.

Great place, 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 full baths. Perfect for a family of 4. We went to Dollywood both days so didn’t get to enjoy the river but the view!!! You can just sit outside and watch the river flow or let the sound of it put you to sleep at night. Close to everything. We will be back for sure.

This place was absolutely amazing! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The screened in upper deck was our absolute favorite hang out spot. The house had great storage and room to spread out. The hot tub and fire pit were great! Everything was so peaceful and quiet. The only downside was the low water level of the lake but that is just the time of year. 10/10 recommend!!!

I left a five star review, because the host was very accommodating and understanding of a situation that was out of his control. We had a homeless man hanging around the entrance when we went to check in and made the ladies staying in the unit alone not comfortable. The building has no trespassing signs and this is just something you risk being in the city. The host was very accommodating and understanding and took care of us.

Great place to stay. Centrally located to lots of great restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. Loved sitting out back listening to the birds and the creek below. Very private and peaceful. Super clean with lots of extra nice touches. Check out Anakeesta, beautiful park and incredible Mountain views.

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

It was our second time to stay here. Quiet, not all the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to attractions when you want to.

We enjoyed this cute little apartment for our trip to Pigeon Forge. We had a family trip where we all met up in the middle somewhere and this was the choice for the destination. We were not there a whole lot to hang out because we were out and about doing activities together. Our favorite parts of the apartment were the balcony overlooking the river, the jacuzzi tub and of course the cozy cute fireplace in the living room! Was not too far from the main stretch in Pigeon Forge and was also far enough back to not hear all of the hustle and bustle from the main strip.

The first thing I noticed was a clean smell as soon as I opened the condo door. The condo was awesome! Centrally located and so easy to check in and out. It had everthing you could want in a condo. Beds were super comfy and the Keurig hit the spot! Will definetly be staying with this host again!

Very close to everything downtown. Condo was Decorated nicely, very gatlinburg/pigeon forge feel. Lacey was very responsive to messages and accommodating. Kitchen well stocked with pans, dishes even a slow cooker. Neighborhood was quiet. Comfortable bed amd clean bathrooms.
