Enjoyed our stay. House comfortably housed our group and had a spacious living area. Backyard was very nice with a view if the river. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second time at Samantha's Airbnb and we'd happily go back! It's the perfect place to host our big friend group while allowing us comfortable and enough sleeping space and space to be in smaller or larger parts of our group. Clean, well stocked, and overall a favorite for all of us!

This place was exactly what our family needed for a short getaway! The hosts were wonderful! When they discovered we were short on towels they brought more over immediately! This house was perfect for our family, lots to entertain our kids and a great location making it easy to see all the amazing things Grand Rapids has to offer!

Yeah. This place was awesome. Simple space, all the essentials, but the hot tub, yard, and location are what really make it excellent. Brought our dogs, walked everywhere, sat in the hot tub twice a day. You can’t beat this listing. Highly recommend. Walk to dinner, shopping, beer, just everything you could want.

This place is a gem! Words can’t describe how wonderful Nathan and Anna’s place is. It’s totally spotless… I didn’t see a stray crumb, random hair, or speck of dust anywhere. It’s exceptionally comfy from the beds and linens, to the sofa, chair, and throw blankets, and everything in between! And let’s talk about the bathroom…the rainfall shower, the exhaust fan with a built in speaker, and the vanity made from a repurposed dresser - OMG AMAZING! The hot tub was sparkling clean and easy to use. The location isn’t downtown but it’s a quick drive to restaurants, shopping, and more. Nathan is incredibly easy to communicate with and responds right away. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

We were a large, two-family group at the Maple St house, for Thanksgiving. The house was ideal for us - plenty of space for adults and kids, great sleeping arrangements, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our holiday dinner. We walked to the beach, but not town only b/c it was cold and windy. Great location! I bet it’s dreamy in summer. Great neighborhood. Highly recommend.

In a word, Nina's s place is a rare gem! It's even more beautiful than in the pictures. It's a regal, private, wooden cottage nestled in a forest, with everything you would desire for a beautiful stay. What we quickly noticed is the amount of care that this place was designed with and built, followed by the amount of details to make our stay wonderful. House is built out of gorgeous wooden logs and furnished with amazing custom wood furniture. House is spacious! Kitchen and game room have everything that we needed. Grill works great and the fire pit is draws you to make smores and roast hot dogs. Throughout the estate we noticed everything well stocked and ready for us. Firewood ready in the fire pit and by the fire place, together with small starter logs and lighter. Plenty of towels everywhere they needed to be. Great WiFi. Everything in the house was superbly clean. Nina had helpful instructions ready for every situation, making the stay very relaxed. Thank you so much!!

Amazing! Absolutely love this Airbnb! Everything about it is perfect and and cozy and we love staying with Garrett and Rachel in there beautiful home😊♥️ they also have another one available for larger groups!

Great stay, the property is awesome! However, if you are looking for a stay where the host communicates quickly, this is not the one for you. They will respond, but all communication we had was off the Airbnb platform.

Ethan’s place was great for our short weekend getaway. It’s was clean and well kept. Had nice towels, tissues, TP, soap, dispose, garbage bags. Exit instructions were clear. One item to be aware of (which can be seen from the pics) is that the property does include stairs for getting in/out. This was not a problem for our group but is something to note if you have folks with mobility restrictions in your group.

10/10 recommend this place for your next trip! The air bnb was clean and fully stocked with everything you could ever need for a fun pool vacation! We didn’t bring children on this trip, but you easily could! I noticed the house has a highchair, baby gates, toys, pool floats, and dishes for children and babies. So cool to see such an accommodating place! The pool and hot tub are incredibly beautiful and easy to use. Also loved how many sleeping spaces there are and how much room there is in and around the house for spending time with the people you love. This air bnb is also a 5 min drive to so many yummy local restaurants in downtown Saugatuck. My only regret is not staying longer!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and we loved the spa and pool table. It’s a fantastic place for a small group.

This is a great place to stay in Saugatuck/Douglas if you are looking for all the feels in autumn. I’m sure it has that during the other seasons as well. The pool/hot tub were perfect. Outdoor fire pit and games provide plenty to do for the family. Inside is very cozy and modern finishes. 5 minute drive from everything you need in the area. Very solid property

Stayed here with my adult children and it was perfect. Loved the separate bedroom over the garage. Great location, quieter in Douglas, but close to Saugatuck.

Clean, cute, great location. Just a quick ladies weekend and this place was absolutely perfect. We are hoping to come back in the warmer weather to explore more! Our only hiccup was the battery on the fire alarms started chirping. I messaged the host and he responded quickly and had the issue fixed super efficiently. We were very happy with how it was handled and would absolutely stay at this host’s property again!

I think every single Airbnb host needs to take notes from Wood. This place had every single thing an actual home would need. The toiletries were stocked, the kitchen was perfect for cooking on vacation, the furniture was comfortable and we felt we had everything we needed! They always say “just bring your bags” but Wood delivered on that. This place was truly a home away from home.

Easy check-in and helpful communication! Enjoyed the hot tub and spending time in the various living spaces.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a blast! Loved how close it was to restaurants, shopping and other activities! The hot tub was definitely a hit! 12/10 would stay here again :)

The house was as advertised - the group particularly loved the movie theater and arcade games in the basement! The indoor hot tub was a great amenity as well. Tons of space for a large group. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. The light smell of campfire emanating from the fireplace was welcome and cozy!

The place itself was nice and updated providing us with everything we needed. We loved that it was so close to everything. And it was a bonus to have the pickleball court, firepit, and hot tub.

We loved our stay at 11 Acres. The house was spacious and well appointed. We would have loved a few more cooking basics in the kitchen but overall we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, hot tub and small lake.

The house is lovely-quaint log cabin with nicely updated kitchen and sparkly clean bathrooms! Wonderful porch with hot tub. The neighborhood is away from downtown which has its perks. The home is one of many duplicates in a cute “subdivision”. Neighboring houses in the association are very close to each other and give a nice community feel. The house is close to the main road so easy to find, but some traffic noise. Restrictive parking but clear directions from owners. Lovely large dining table, two living spaces and three ample bedrooms with clean linens and towels.
