Douglassville : locations de vacances

Lovely place with an even lovelier dock and screened-in patio. We were there during pollen season, so the furniture had to be dusted off, but that was out of the owner’s control. Inside the cabin was beautiful and nicely accommodated. We reported a few small issues with the TV and door in the master bedroom and never got a response from the owners, but I’d still come back and stay at this place again! One note: this place is very hard to find at night. I do NOT recommend checking in for the first time after dark.

As traveling tournament bass fishing anglers, we are always looking for clean, comfortable and well appointed accommodations that will also easily allow us to park four to six trucks with boat trailers. Wendy’s “barndominium” fit the bill perfectly! The heated and cooled living quarters were comfortable, clean and fully accommodated our needs. In the large garage potion of the house, the pool table, foosball table and corn hole set kept us busy in the evenings. There is even a nice TV lounge area in the garage! The pool and pool area are also very nice. And of course, there was plenty of parking. If we ever travel back to Texarkana, this AirBnB would be at the top of our list and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with four or more people. Robert J.

The stay was peaceful and so enjoyable. Beautiful view out large den window! The bed was VERY comfortable, and all the amenities you need are supplied. Lauree is one of a kind, though!! To allow us to bring our dogs at no extra cost, was beyond amazing! It was a fun and relaxing vacation! We would recommend this property to anyone!❤️

The house and the property were amazing. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I didn’t want to leave. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and the bathtub in the master was the perfect end to the day. I highly recommend staying here, I will be back for sure.

As advertised, had a great time in a great place!

The highlight of our stay was the beautiful scenery! The first night was a clear sky and we could see the stars while lying in bed in the primary bedroom. The house is stocked for family game night (cards, dominos, checkers, corn hole, washers, etc.) and the kitchen is equipped with all the standard equipment and utensils. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some! Truly hated to leave!

We were visiting family and for the Red Bud festival and this was the perfect location. It's walkable to downtown and it was quiet. The home was lovely as well and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
