We were a group of 10 and spent Thanksgiving week with our kids and grandkids at Paul's place. The house was perfect with plenty of space, nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It was walkable to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The weather cooperated and we spent time walking, sitting and playing football on the beach. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. We appreciated the perfect place for our family to gather for Thanksgiving! Thanks Paul

The aptly named Coral Cottage is a lovely, charming getaway suitable for families of any size - kids or canines. Our three small pups enjoyed the roomy kitchen, large backyard and quick walk to the beach. The adults loved the comfy beds, outdoor grill and fire pit, and the full size washer and dryer which turned out to be an unexpected convenience. It is a very peaceful and quiet stay just a few minutes from various attractions. Our host, Liz, was great at communicating and setting expectations with plenty of tips on dining and entertainment options. We had such a pleasant time and look forward to doing it again.

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

Beautiful place to stay! Adorable, clean cottage with a delicious blueberry muffin waiting for me! Was nice with two big dogs to have beach access. Loved our morning walks!

We had an excellent stay in Cape May with our pup. The beach house is private and the surrounding is peaceful. We love watching the sunset every day. Lots to do and see around Cape May. Don’t forget to visit both wineries: Cape May Winery and Willow Brook Winery. Great for a nice long lunch with a glass of wine.

As always this is a great place to stay at Rehobeth. Great location. Very comfortable. I feel right at home when I stay there. Great for pets too with fenced in yard.

This was an awesome place! We have stayed in many different condos in OCMD and this was the best one yet. PERFECT location, clean and extremely convenient to the beach and pool. Lonny was so helpful and very communicative through the entire process. I can’t wait to come back next year 😊 thank you Lonny & Gina!

Umi and Bill were wonderful hosts. Everything was exactly as described, great communication, very clear instructions, lots of recommendations, a full book layed out very clearly with sections of anything you would want to know about the area, what to do, restaurants they recommended. The unit was pristine, had everything we could have needed & then some and offered an amazing view of the ocean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of Umi and Bill's properties in the future and I look forward to staying with them again!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

Jacquelyn was amazing! She responded to messages very quickly and was super helpful and accommodating. She was also very kind. Her check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The space was beautiful and located in the perfect spot. Will definitely be going back!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights over Spring Break and really enjoyed the house. The house was exactly as described and we loved the location on the bay. The pool was amazing and our kids loved being able to swim at the shore in April. We also loved the game room with ping pong and mini golf. Hong was an amazing host and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely come back again in the future!

This place is an absolute gem if you are traveling with children! Not only was the condo fully stocked for cooking/cleaning, but they also provide a storage unit downstairs to keep all beach toys and anything that may have collected sand! We were very impressed by Dan’s communication (prior to arrival and during our stay). The condo is as described, but better, considering there’s an additional amenity (a rooftop) that allows you to catch a sunrise or sunset with unobstructed views! We loved the close proximity to Sunrise Park, yet nice distance from the noise of the boardwalk. We had a lovely stay, and we would absolutely recommend!

We stayed at Jen's beautiful condo for the holidays. This is a stunning condo and location. We loved it so much, we extended our stay and Jen was great about that and a flexible checkout. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck enjoying magnificent sunrises. You'll have everything needed to prepare meals. I have to note how exceptionally clean the unit is. Very professionally run by Jen. Thank you for hosting us.

We loved the location - right next to beach, quiet walk to Nature preserve. I would echo that the spiral staircase needs to be factored in to your stay - my petite 91 year old aunt did better than my 65 year old big footed brother. Games, puzzles, laundry and pool were an added bonus as were the two porches. All in all a fabulous stay.

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! Thanks for sharing your home Deborah!!!

We felt right at home. Very comfortable couch, beds and linen. We enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful ocean views from the top deck, and hanging out in the living room. Everything was as expected based on the descriptions and instructions

This was our 2nd year staying here. It was another fantastic stay. It's so nice being so close to the beach to see the sunrise every morning and then also go out at night under the stars. Katie is so nice and accommodating. We can't wait to stay again next year.

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

The mint cottage was everything we expected and had everything we needed to cook and grill. The beds were comfortable. Towels were provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were also provided as well as razors and toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy to use by sending us instructions. There were plenty of games for indoor use and for outdoor use. The backyard and outdoor space was amazing.

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful views, and the feeling that you are in your own home. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable with ample space to relax inside and out. There are enough beach supplies for everyone and the kayaks were a bonus. It was one of those stays that you wanted to extend and not leave. We would definitely love to go back.

We were visiting Cape May for a girls' weekend, and Joe's house was the perfect size and location. Even though we visited during the off-season, there were some restaurants and attractions open, with easy & short driving from the house. We really liked the neighborhood-it was quiet and less than a block from beach access. We are already planning to return, and hopefully to Joe's house!
