This place was perfect for us. Our pup is reactive with other dogs. Although she knew there was a dog next door, the fence is solid and she couldn’t see. Absolutely wonderful stay and we rebooked before we had even left!

Great House with a big backyard and deck. The home is in a great location with views of the ocean. Sandy’s place was perfect for my group and I . Easy parking for 3 sedans. Piano was a nice touch and was perfectly in tune for such a humid summer.

I had an amazing stay! The place was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The location is great, just a short walk to lots of restaurants and coffee places, making it easy to explore. All the pictures are accurate. Highly recommend!

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! This house is in the perfect location for access to both Boston and the Cape. We stayed and were able to explore both areas with, roughly, an hour driving either way. The house itself is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The is amazing - words don't do it justice. If you're looking to explore, this is a great house. If you're looking to relax, this is an even greater house. Myisha is a very responsive, accommodating and communicative host - we'll definitely be staying here again when back up this way.

Our stay was magical, cozy, and peaceful—we only wish we had more time! The house is a piece of history that was once in a lifetime for our family to stay in. Our family enjoyed the charm of the home and sitting in the sunroom overlooking the pond together since the weather was rainy. The house is stylish and extremely comfortable, even with the quirks that come with the age, like the low ceilings and slant. We were thankful that Stephenie provided many personal recommendations for the area. Based on the host's recommendation, we booked the private "Sea Salted Chef" to prepare appetizers and dinner in the kitchen while we began happy hour. The chef had all that she needed there. The meal was incredible; sitting at the round table in the beautiful kitchen having dinner was so special. We highly recommend doing this to fully relax and enjoy the home's and the pond's charm even more. The surrounding area is quaint and beautiful. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Perfect & easy.

Gretchen’s house is a charming, two-story one on a very nice and quiet little street. The furnishings are pretty and tasteful, and there is comfortable living room furniture, as well an excellent beds and pillows. Our favorite thing was its location, within very easy walking distance from a gorgeous park and beach. Downtown was also reachable via a short walk. We did some of our own cooking and found everything we needed. Gretchen was an especially nice and responsive hostess. If we were lucky enough to get to Rockport again, I would want to stay there.

Stayed here with a few of my friends for a wedding and the place was perfect! Really close to the Barker House wedding venue, walkable to downtown Scituate. Beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Overall, a great stay!

Our stay at this lovely Scituate Coastal Retreat was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was perfection. The common areas were cozy, but spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with any tools/utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable and our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The hosts left great suggestions for local dining and the house was only a 2 min drive (15min walk) to downtown Front St restaurants and shopping. Host Andrew was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating, allowing for a later check-out when requested. We were staying in the Winter, so perhsps check out time may not be as flexible in the warmer months. Check-in & check-out was a breeze! We hope to rent this property again.
