Douvres : locations de vacances dans des chalets

We really enjoyed our stay Accommodation is really cute and cozy Will definitely like to come again! Kids loved the freedom of the location And pool was great and all very easy to get around.

Nice stay! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, thoughtfully laid out, well equipped, and so close to great walks and heritage sites. The kids loved the indoor pool. The chalet is probably meant to be enjoyed best in warmer weather but Neil provided enough space heaters to keep warm. The electricity is run on coin meter- took about 6-7£ for 2 days in February, could probably get away with half of that in warmer months.

I must admit I was somewhat worried after booking and reading previous reviews but my worries were unfounded. the chalet was lovely and I didn't think it was dated. the kitchen had everything we needed, the chalet was homey and comfortable. There were extras like a clothes horse to hang wet towels and costumes, games, hand soaps and cream etc. My only slight niggle is that wifi isn't included. Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lyn's chalet and would stay again!

we had a great stay here the weather was great which helped. Great to get the log burner going on an evening made us all lovely and warm. nice quiet surroundings just whay we needed for our stay.

L'entrée du village de vacances a été un peu difficile à trouver (cela ressemble à l'entrée d'un quartier avec des résidences privées alors qu'on s'attendait à une rue) mais une fois cela fait, nous avons adoré le chalet, les facilités qu'il y avait dans le village (aire de jeux pour les enfants, piscine, tennis, mini-golf), la plage à 5 minutes à pieds! Et en plus, nous avons eu un temps magnifique toute la semaine. Nous avons pu faire quelques visites intéressantes et profiter du calme du village de vacances. On a adoré! L'équipe de Keepers Cottages a été très à l'écoute, bienveillante et réactive pour résoudre le souci que nous avons eu avec la télé. Nous sommes globalement très satisfait de notre séjour et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

George’s chalet was brilliant. Beautifully decorated, perfect location on the park to reach everything and it was a lovely cosy home for our stay at Romney Sands. She was very responsive and friendly and was flexible about check out as we were lucky no one new was arriving on our last day. Everything has been thought of for a perfect stay. there are fans if it’s hot/ heaters if cold, well stocked shelves with condiments/tea/coffee, loads of adapters for anything you need to plug in, seats for the outside area to sit out in the sun. The beds were super comfy and the shower was fab. Wi-Fi and smart TV were excellent too for my sons . Lovely stay thanks so much George we will be back 😍☀️

The house was perfectly descriped with clear onstructions. The area was private and quiet. The house was clean when we arrived and she help warm the house before our arrival. Everything was great. Thank you Linda.

Great location and comfortable accomodation . As Polly describes ‘ a home from home’. Had everything we needed. Lovely site and within easy walk of the beach . Woukd definitely recommend .

super emplacement à 10 minutes de la plage et du centre ville avec une enfant de 2 ans. Il y a d'ailleurs un grand parc pour enfants au milieu d'un bois en face de la maison. Places de parking en face de la maison et possibilité de se garer dans l'allée de la maison. très jolie maison, très agréable à vivre

Fun location, particularly for kids - the pool is clean and my two loved it. Unique chalet and in a pretty little village right next to the sea. Chalet is relatively recently refurbished and clean and nicely done. Host always replied really quickly and was very helpful. Very happy with our stay!

We had an amazing time at Claire’s place. The chalet was very cosy and extremely clean. Everything is within walking distance. The host is welcoming and really responsive. The children loved the area and all the activities that are around. We would definitely want to go there again.

Barry was very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is clean and very local to Leysdown and sea front. Lots of little things to make the stay better, such as, a fan / firs, ample seating indoors and outdoors and cleaning materials if needed or wanted.

Un séjour agréable passé a Escalles, logement très propre, maison rentouré idéal quand on a un chien. Environnement calme parfait pour se reposer. Nous le recommandons.

We had a lovely short Easter break at Wayfarers cabin. The sea views from the cabin are wonderful. It’s in a peaceful location with plenty of space around it, and it was very relaxing being there. We especially enjoyed having our breakfast in the sunshine on the lovely terrace. There are plenty of places to eat out either in Kingsdown (3 pubs) or a bit further along coast in Deal. There are also lots of things to do within a short drive. We visited Dover Castle & Port Lympne Zoo. June was very helpful, responsive and sent through lots of useful information prior to and during our stay. We definitely recommend - especially for families.

Love Camber and go there often. This time it was a home from home with all the comforts needed, WiFi was perfect and a TV in every room! Lovely setting and not too far from restaurants.
