Everything was perfect Lois took great care of us. She text me first to make sure we made it and we feel comfortable and when we seat outside and we figured the propane was empty she came right away with a new one to let us enjoy the outside area which was one of the best part of the house! Thank you! I highly recommend it.

We were moving our son back to Florida and their house was less than 2 miles away so it was super convient! We had to stay an extra day and Mia was very understanding about letting us stay and even offered the studio apartment attached to the main house. Our host were very friendly and told us about all the Hollywood memorabilia in the house. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Stayed here while displaced from the Eaton fire and so deeply appreciate Raffaella's kindness and flexibility, and having a safe, clean, and spacious place to stay with my family while dealing with the crisis. Thank you! Some access notes for others in case it's helpful: the stairs may be difficult if you have knee issues but there is a sleeper sofa on the first floor; and it's at the bottom of a very steep hill so again if you have knee issues might not be as walkable a neighborhood as it seems. There is an EV charger right outside of the complex on the street that is fairly regularly available.

Great location, short walk to the cutest little shops on one side and the ferry on the other.

Elizabeth's place was perfect! It was just the right amount of space for the two couples. There were extra beds in each room, and a roll-away bed that we used for an additional family member to stay Christmas night! The backyard had plenty of seating to arrange however guests would like. Having 2 bathrooms is always a plus in an airbnb! We hosted Christmas dinner there and the kitchen and dining area held us all! The short distance from airport was great! Elizabeth was SUPER responsive, no matter what time of day or night it was! That was the most important part of our trip, considering it was the week of Christmas! We plan to try to stay at her place every time we visit LA if it is available!

Stayed here for my son’s college tour, this place is so close to Cal State Dominque’s hills which was one of the colleges we visited! Place was clean, safe neighborhood and kitchen is stocked well! It had all appliances and kitchen ware needed to cook and even had several spices to use. She welcomed us with a goodie basket and even had coffee for us! Highly recommend this home! Would stay here again! Host was very responsive and great communication! 😊

We chose to stay here rather than a hotel for our get-away. We went to Universal Studios and the next day, Disneyland. This apartment was very close to Disneyland, about 15 minutes. Very convenient. We arrived to find the apartment very clean, neat and supplied with everything you need to feel at home. It was a snap to get in & out. The bedrooms are large. The home is beautifully updated. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed having supplies to cook with. Our host was attentive, checking in on us a couple of times through the messaging app. We had a relaxing, restful time. Wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

Great value for the location and assigned spot is super helpful. Open space with a large couch and kitchen so you feel right at home

The place was centrally located. We were able to walk to places we wanted to go. The house was very clean. The bed and bedding was super comfortable. The parking spot is a MUST in that area. Parking on the street is almost non existent in the Long Beach area.

Dream & Alex were both very responsive and helpful especially with having to check in late due to flight changes. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it’s nearby the malls! Would definitely recommend!

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

I absolutely loved staying in this Airbnb, have stayed in quite some Airbnb's in LA but this has been my favourite one so far. The location was amazing, right by the beach and about 15 min walking from the shopping district. The Airbnb itself was very clean and had all the necessities in it. It's the second time booking with the host, and I would definitely recommend him to others. Communication always went fast and smooth. So overall a top experience, will definitely book this place in the future again!

This Airbnb was the best Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at plenty places but this one was so fun!!! The backyard was so amazing, house was beautiful. Everything is soooo clean. This house was motivation!

The house was exactly as described. My family had an amazing time. We didn't use the everything that was provided but was available if needed. We did enjoy the hot tub a couple of the nights. Our family stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. The house location was conveniently located near Downtown LA, Universal Studios, great food and anything else you may want to do, the best part is the neighborhood is extremely peaceful. I definitely recommend this place for your trip. The host responded in a timely manner to respond to any questions we had. Definitely worth 5 stars

Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. She made my birthday really special & will forever cherish that. Beautiful , clean & amazing as always. Responsive host. Location was great and away from traffic. Stores close by to shop for groceries. Great home and I’ll be back when I return.

We rented both properties hosted by Min which were adjacent to each other. Was a larger party of 14 that traveled and it was very convenient to have the two properties right next to each other.

Beautiful, zen oasis with a private salt water summing pool. The place was clean and had so much character. Convenient gated parking was a great bonus. The property was a quick walk to amazing Silver Lake restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The home was beautiful and the living room was super cozy—perfect for spending time with family. The pool was warm without even needing to heat it, and the backyard felt like a peaceful little sanctuary. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly, which made it feel even more relaxing. There were tons of great food options nearby, and the Nespresso machine was definitely a nice touch for morning coffee. Check-in and check-out were really easy too. We’d absolutely recommend staying here!
