I had a great stay. The unit is as advertised. The washer and dryer was a great addition. The parking was super convenient. Excellent communication and accommodations by the host. Recommended for both long and short term stays.

Great place has everything you need (loved the decor was so cute and cozy). Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Was visiting family in the area and this was right around the corner.

We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

Got lucky that it freed up a couple of days before I booked. Great spot, and even got me a parking pass so I could park on the street. Host was responsive and that's really important to me. I'd highly recommend and might book there again!

It was a pleasure staying at Gregory’s place! It was spotless, spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect location convenient to Clifton Park and the Northway, but in a quiet and peaceful area away from traffic and crowds. Highly recommend!

Was great to stay at Dillon’s place while my husband and I were in town for a concert at MVP arena- super easy walk! As others have mentioned heard neighbors/dogs a little bit, but didn’t bother us too much! Just a couple minor cleanliness things (hair on pillow/shower), but would recommend for anyone needing a quick stay over in downtown Albany!

This flat was super clean, comfy, and quiet, and the host very professional, informative, and responsive. I was in town for a family funeral, and it meant a lot to stay in the historic downtown, where my ancestors had lived much of their lives. The flat managed to have both a modern (uncluttered) and cozy (historical) feel. The bed was super comfortable, there are black-out curtains, and the street is not very busy/quiet, so I slept really well. I also appreciated the flexibility to check in early arriving on a cross-country redeye. There was always parking on the street in front of the building, and though I exceeded the posted time limit, I never got a ticket. Also very conveniently located for walking around downtown Troy and easy to get to other locations on the area. I’d definitely stay here again if I were to visit Troy.

I came into Albany to sit for the NY Bar exam and this apartment was perfect. Tomar & Kash’s did a really great job setting it up for easy living. It’s clean and well organized and the bed was comfy.

Jason was an amazing host. He did amazing job on the renovations to the house and looked way better in person. His instructions was really great due to the fact that he did a video tour of the house explain what everything did. if we had any questions or concerns, he was there to answer them for us. He was very nice to let us check in early as well. When I told him that we were going to be there an hour early, he said that was completely fine and that we could check in early. If you are wanting to stay somewhere at an excellent price and in the area, would highly recommend staying here!

A lovely weekend Birthday getaway! The peaceful view of the lake was so nice, and the hot tub was really refreshing! Would definitely like to stay here again in the future

Great location in the heart of the Stockade district. Highly walkable and close to downtown restaurants and cafes. Roomy living room with dining table for four and sectional couch and chairs to stretch out. Access to most or all streaming services via TV. Keurig coffee maker and pods, and an adequately appointed kitchen. Wonderful water pressure in the shower! Parking can be a bit tricky (on-street parking; narrow streets), although we were lucky to grab a spot on the street directly in front of the home.

Franca’s 1790 home is a historical gem ideally located in Schenectady’s historic area. It is a two block walk from the Mohawk River walking path with two breweries, many local pubs and restaurants nearby. The Schenectady rail station is also within walking distance. We were visiting for a hockey game at Union College, which is a short drive away. The house features real colonial era charm with thoughtfully integrated modern conveniences and art. It is made very hospitable with fresh flowers and ample healthy snacks. The gas fireplace is perfect for apres-hockey relaxing. The kitchen is very well appointed with a cute breakfast nook. Though out of season for us, the back yard also looks like an excellent space for outdoor relaxation. This was our second stay, and we hope to return!

Our hosts were very easy to work with. I felt they cared about our visit and wanted to accommodate us in any way that would make her stay even more pleasurable. The house offered every convenience, including kitchen items for make-at-home meals. Thanks so much, Brandon and Brian!

Very peaceful! Space was comfortable and it was nice to have a relaxing getaway and take a step back from work. Can’t wait to book again in the summer and take full advantage of what the lake has to offer! Lauren was an excellent host and very communicative.

Beds were super comfortable. The location was very quiet and convenient to both downtown Schenectady and an easy drive to Albany. Very comfortable, warm and cozy and shower had great water pressure. Very well stocked kitchen. Donna was very responsive when we had a question.

Not only was this place perfect for what we needed, Craig was a fantastic host! There is plenty of space, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is clean and stocked with whatever you need, and there is lots of space for parking. We had a great stay, thank you so much!

The location was perfect for our stay in the area.The kitchen was my favorite so cute and everything you'd have at home.Just perfect for 2 people and space to spread out. Generous supplies thru out.

Everything about this stay was amazing. Victoria is an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. You can tell she takes pride in her home and community. I look forward to staying with her again in the future.

Vorakij was a great host. He always replied super fast and was very accommodating and understanding. The apartment was very nice and clean. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in Albany.
