Great location in a walkable neighborhood of Black Mountain, NC. House is warm and inviting. We enjoyed our time there. Rooms are small and it is hard to imagine 12 people staying in this place. We are a family of 8 and it seemed a bit cramped at times. If you plan to eat meals together at the house it would be difficult to have seating for all; there is no real kitchen table. Kitchen is cozy, but they do have two, one upstairs and one downstairs in a cleverly concealed staircase. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash and dry dishes if you eat at the house. Kids really enjoyed to pool and hot tub. Also the inside of the house is warm and inviting, personal decorations and books and toys will make a family feel right at home or potentially nervous that something will be left out of place or broken. Overall, we felt the place suited our needs and we were thankful for our time there. Hosts clearly love their home and have done a nice job making it a place that is inviting.

This place was excellent for our boys weekend. Lots of space, great host, amenities on point. What more can you ask for? Loved.

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Enjoyed our stay at this house just outside of Black Mountain for the weekend. In a quiet spot with amazing views from porch that is only a short drive from the town and other spots. The house itself was in pristine condition when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. Would highly recommend for a mountain getaway!

A wonderful home stocked with all the essentials to make a pleasant stay! Amanda is a great communicator and fabulous host. Pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are amenities packed in an efficient and spacious home. I was thrilled with the kitchen setup, and my family loved having two separate living room spaces. The porch is very nice, and overlooks both the pool and hot tub. Linens are clean. Decorations are minimal and homey. Plenty of space for a family or group to come together. Neighborhood is great and less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery and Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything else is an easy 15-20 minutes away, from Biltmore to Downtown Asheville, everything feels like it is at your fingertips. What a great stay, we look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

This was a family getaway with our 3 kids, their spouses and 7 grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. The house is very comfortable and spacey. Inside activities were collectively exceptional: air hockey, foosball, ping pong, pool table, large screen TVs. Outside activities were great: swimming pool, fire pit, hot tub and a huge backyard for playing wiffle ball or catch, or soccer, or volleyball practice. Kids that ranged from 2 to 11 always had something to do; many air hockey games and lots of hot tub time. The property management team is one of the best we have experienced. I raised several minor issues after check in and they addressed them immediately. They struck me as truly being committed to guest satisfaction as they were easy to access directly; a rarity in an age of AI based, time wasting, useless response systems; easy to rate this property as 5 star.

Great stay. My party of 7 found all the listed amenities available. The pool was closed, but they mention so on the listing. The hot tub was fine, but suffered from heating issues during the stay. We took to preheating the water by leaving it on for an hour or so before actually getting in, as otherwise it would hover a little below room temperature. There are so very many games there, nearly all of which come equipped with the necessary pieces to immediately play. They were very quick to respond as well. The trash cans were left half full from the previous guests, who had left the day before. This didnt allow us to fully empty our trash cans, but that was the only thing left noticeably unfinished. Also, although the downstairs master is beautiful, it does suffer from low wifi quality as well as jacuzzi heating issues. Finally, the internet isn't the best but is definitely doable. Only one reported outage, which happened for about an hour around 3 am one day so not too bad. 5/5

Returning to Asheville with our family was so easy and rewarding staying at Anne's place! Easy to get to everything in Asheville and Hendersonville all while offering peaceful surroundings for us to relax and enjoy our family time. This home offered everything we needed and more, with grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, and trails within a short drive. The communication and responses with the host were so friendly and quick, we highly recommend this host and property!

This location was absolutely ideal for our needs! We were truly grateful for Tonya’s warm hospitality and attentiveness throughout our stay. The space was spacious and comfortable, providing just the right atmosphere for relaxation. Our animals felt right at home, enjoying every moment in their new surroundings. It was a great experience!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain lodge. The views from every room of the house are spectacular and we had everything we needed for a winter getaway to the mountains. The location and proximity to both Black Mountain and Asheville are ideal for eating out, shopping, and exploring these great towns while also giving a quiet place to retreat to. The hosts were very responsive during our stay despite it being the holidays and we would stay with them again.

The house had just been renovated on the inside. It was super clean and was exactly as advertised. It was close to down town, but the house was in a very nice quiet street. I would definitely stay here again!

Bruce's house was clean, well taken care of, and exactly as described. Very detailed instructions, along with local recommendations, were laid out in a manual on the dining room table. The area was private and peaceful, and a short drive away from Asheville.

Feel like we stumbled upon a gem finding Molly’s place. It was incredibly convenient, impeccably clean, comfortable and cozy for our family. We are do glad we chose to stay here on a quick visit to Asheville. Molly had excellent restaurant recommendations and just a short walk or 2 minute car ride away was one of the best coffee shops in town. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We had come to help with the hurricane disaster relief. It was great having a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day.

Some people host to make money. It’s clear Melissa hosts to help families make memories. We booked last minute due to a horrible experience with another property. Melissa was more than willing to help us out with everything from an early check in to local recommendations for food that met the requirements of a strict medical diet. Her place was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need including items for our pup. The house was very comfortable and extremely clean. She responded quickly to every question. The check out process was an absolute dream. No stripping beds or taking out trash. We were just able to leave and get on the road. Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in the last twenty years of traveling.

This is one of the most unique places I’ve stayed in. The A-frame is impressive and forces an interesting layout of rooms. The showers are very nicely designed and the large soft beds are very inviting. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful, I sat out on the patio soaking in sunshine while listening to all the wild birds sing. This place is a must stay.

Paul's place was exactly what we needed right in center to go skiing, go to Waynesville and tour Asheville. Paul's place is clean, calm and peaceful, with a great backyard for our small dog. Paul is super friendly, caring and responsive, we highly recommend his place.

This was an excellent choice for our extended family. My parents, myself, and each of my kids had their own private bedrooms. In addition, there were two bathrooms upstairs plus a half-bath downstairs. We enjoyed lots of areas to sit and visit with family. The dining table was big enough to accommodate us all and we even had enough room to play several card games. The kitchen had a nice big refrigerator/freezer and was well stocked with anything we needed. The Keurig got lots of use since we are all big coffee drinkers. I liked that we didn't have to bring any linens/towels. In addition, having a washer and dryer on site made it easy to have plenty of clean towels to use. The hot tub outside was an added perk!

We highly recommend as one of the best places we stayed in North Carolina. Hits all the marks, including value proportion. The hosts put a lot of attention and care into making it a high quality experience.

We loved our stay and plan to again in the future. The house is beautiful, well thought out, and exactly like the photos and description. We loved the landscape, amenities, and little details that made this a perfect stay.
