Awesome stay at Justin’s place. Easy check in. Quiet. Good location. Comfortable beds and couch. Will def stay again next time in Athens

Great location for anyone attending a concert or event at the Akins Ford Arena. 2 minute walk. We also walked shopping and restaurants. Easy to find, safe and secure. Super convenient coffee shop across the street! The UGA football stadium is super close as well and easy to find. Definitely walkable as well.

We had a great stay at Aveline’s place—spacious, spotless, and located in a quiet, new development just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of private space for four adults. Aveline was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. The area felt safe and peaceful, and I’d absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

Peggy was absolutely wonderful and was very responsive. would most definitely stay there again, and her mother was so sweet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.

My daughter and I had a great stay before the Megan Moroney concert. Awesome location and nice amenities. Walkable to lots of restaurants and even a Target on 1st floor! It’s a very lively area with only street / garage parking and loads of natural light in the space.

This was an amazing location. We we're at an event at UGA, and this location was at best a 5 minute drive there. There is a great shopping center right around the corner. We had our kids with us (12, 10, 8) and all the places we wanted to look okay we're within a 15 minutes drive. Jon was a great host, and was great to work with on the arrangements. I highly recommend this property.

The stay with Jessica was amazing! The house was well-taken care of, the room was plenty spacious enough, and the ease of finding it/plus getting to our chosen event from there was just top tier in all facets. We will absolutely be returning if Jessica will have us, because we truly had the best time in only our second Airbnb experience. Jessica and Co., y’all are amazing!

This unit was perfect. Very clean and nicely furnished and very, very peaceful in the big back yard. An easy 10 minute ride into downtown. Host was very responsible and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a great place! The neighbors are friendly and it’s walkable too. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home.

Do not hesitate for a second to stay at this place if it’s available! The house is so well designed and decorated, and it was incredibly clean. We had three couples staying there, and it was very comfortable - each bedroom (with very comfortable beds!) has its own bathroom. Additionally, Ashley was so great to work with and even had fresh flowers and some welcome treats for our arrival. I highly recommend this place … very convenient to downtown and campus too.

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

We loved our stay at Rachel's! It was perfect for 2 couples coming to town for the weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday. Walkable to Downtown and Normaltown. Also loved going just across the tracks in the morning for coffee at Sunroof Coffee. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Athens!

We stayed at Mary's home during Thanksgiving holiday because we have family in the area. The home was perfect - very cute, super convenient to get to Hoschton and in close proximity to shops and restaurants in downtown Brazelton and the highway (I-85). We always appreciate hosts that allow us to bring our dogs. We took some walks around the neighborhood and stopped by the local brewery one afternoon, who welcomed them as well. Mary was very responsive with communications, was flexible with an early check-in request and provided us with a helpful app to lock and unlock the door when the front keypad was temporarily out of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be able to return the next time we are in the area and need a place to stay. Thank you, Mary!

Came up to Athens for a weekend getaway with friends and this house was absolutely amazing, spotless, and Barton was beyond flexible and informative about the local community! Thank you and hopefully will be coming back soon!

Great location and unit walkable to anywhere downtown, north campus and Sanford Stadium. Hostess was clear and proactive with communication, responsive, and flexible with check-in. Check out was easy and the unit was clean and comfortable!

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Very responsive and if not Ms Ginny her associate would. Had an internet problem but was the city’s issue , Ms Ginny diligently worked on the problem, recommend the stay not far from downtown all things very accessible, very nice place!!

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

We loved Katie’s place. We felt right at home and absolutely loved how the apartment was decorated.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!
