The good: The space was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and a sweet treat for when we entered. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, The Beds! They were super comfortable but you couldn’t get out of them. They had memory foam and you literally sunk into the bed which was really uncomfortable waking up or getting out of the bed. Secondly, The water inside the bathroom (pressure) and (temperature) there was something that just wasn’t right. The board games were missing things( the core things). Lastly, parking (abit) of a squeeze and tight for 2 average Vehicles to be parked on location. I hope you find this review helpful!

A unique and special place! From the chickens to the view from the porch, everything about our stay was special. Check out the bunk room where you can leave a review (or a sketch of the rooster) on the wall. Tom is great and we have a new friend. This is real close to my son's (and new granddaughter's) place, so I'm sure we'll be back a lot. Some people complain about the rooster, but I'm up early anyway so it didn't bother me. I recommend with no reservations. Well, you need reservations of course, what I meant was....

Great place, clean, great decor, close to everything. I loved the outdoor swing bench - I sat on it everyday!

What a great place! This was our first time at this cottage and we can’t wait to stay again. It was exactly how it was described and pictured. We loved it, one of our favorite stays in Athens!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the cottage in Normaltown and we hope to go back again in the future. It's the perfect spot for privacy yet close to the city where there's so much to do. One minute you can see a great show but in the morning you can sit and drink coffee and sit on the porch and rock in the rocking chairs out front. Love it so much and would highly recommend!

Ashlie’s place was the perfect place to stay while visiting Athens. Loved the private hot tub, the fully stocked kitchenette, and the complementary eye masks were a plus. ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage and an amazing time at the farm. This trip was a birthday celebration for our daughter and the owners made it very special for her. We loved everything about our trip and our stay, we highly recommend staying at the cottage and visiting the farm and can't wait to return!
