We had a great time staying here. We were so happy that it looked just like the photos. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The towel warmer is just one of the extra touches of luxury we appreciated. The location has a bodega, coffee shop and sweetgreen in the same building, with other food options and bars in walking distance. Less than 2 miles from Midtown ATL so we had no issues getting around via Uber and walking. Only thing was that it got a little loud on Saturday night outside of the building due to nightlife nearby. Honking, people talking, etc., but we were so tired from our activities that it wasn’t much of an issue. Can’t wait to come back!

Good communication and easy check in process.

Location, location, location. Walkable to downtown which is exactly what we were hoping for. We needed to bring our parakeet this time because we couldn’t find a sitter. There were no issues around that which was a HUGE relief! We had a downstairs apartment that felt nice and cool, as though it would likely be a cool reprieve from summer heat without needing to run to ac. I’ll have to test that theory mid summer when we return! Would stay here again.

It was a great stay at Mary’s! We loved the walkability of the area and the place itself was very clean & tidy. She was extremely responsive and an amazing host!

This was my second time staying at Patricia’s place. It is was once again amazing! The loft is beautiful and is so creatively decorated. You can tell it had a lot of effort and beautiful energy put into it and the good vibes are infectious. Plus there is a bakery downstairs, a rooftop with incredible views, and is walkable to stores. And of course Patricia is just absolutely fantastic and super helpful. Blown away again! Rate: 12/10 :)

We came to Atlanta for a quick visit to the aquarium and the zoo. The house met all of our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Lounging on the back patio was peaceful!! It was a major plus that the house provided a pac n play. We greatly appreciated Tim being very accommodating and responsive.

Comfortable, clean, charming bungalow in Atlanta's Midtown neighborhood. Sunny and spacious, well-appointed, and quiet. Convenient to central Atlanta, restaurants and shopping.

Jade's place was fantastic. Beautiful. Convenient. Private. Everything and more that I was looking for. She also was so accommodating and helpful - putting a convection oven in the kitchen for me (I needed this) before my arrival. 10/10 stay. HIGHLY recommend.

Convenient place to stay when visiting the Lilburn/Duluth area. Rodney is a great host.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here!The place was so beautiful and homey. There’s a really sweet little creek outside and it was fun to hear it trickle by. The amenities were wonderful too and we had such a relaxing time using the hot tub and sauna. Evan was a wonderful, accommodating, and communicative host, as well. There was a very minor issue that needed fixed and Evan got it fixed that day! In addition, we had to check out a day early due to a slight health emergency of a family member and Evan was so understanding and kind about it. I highly recommend staying here! It was such a lovely and comfortable stay. A great place to unwind and rest!

While we didn’t take full advantage of the size of the house - it would be perfect for a big family trip!

This was a great work stay for my sales team and I! Just a quick 10 min drive to downtown Americas mart, a short 10 min walk to Publix, and a bodega for little needs a block away! Also the cutest neighborhood and plenty of space for the 5 of us

This was my second time staying at one of their properties, and once again, everything was perfect. The home is very clean, cozy, and feels just like home. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host is incredibly responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I have no complaints! I was worried when I didn't see check-out instructions. I contacted her, and she said the cleaners would take care of everything. We still tidy up the place. Will definitely book again!

This was the perfect landing spot before my travels from Atlanta. I felt right at home—Sabrina’s responsiveness was much appreciated, and the plants brought me so much joy. Super close to the airport, too. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

I can’t say enough about how well Nadjia hosted us - especially last minute as our previous Airbnb host cancelled. She accommodated my group and was extremely responsive and helpful. If you want a penthouse view of the city, this is for you. A little construction going on but it was outside the apartment

Avanna was very detailed for what she advertised for the location so you get what you see. We liked everything including the patio. She was very responsive especially during check-in when we encountered issues. It was a bit of a hassle getting the key and there was spotty signal in the lobby of the area. I did pay for secured parking. We weren’t really able to figure out at the end if the location of the apartment could be accessed easier via the parking garage or if we really did need to walk quite long (about 5 minutes to get there). When returning the parking pass, we had to leave the garage, park outside, come back and return the parking pass, and drop off the keys. There were also other menial tasks that we had to complete during the checkout process that made me question what the cleaning fee was for. This might be a standard experience and the checkout process was detailed for what would be expected prior to, but it was a lot for checkout.
