We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was exactly what we were looking for—clean, quiet, modern, and conveniently located. Everything downtown was within walking distance, and anything else was just a quick scooter ride away. The apartment and the building are both very well maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful views from the apartment were the perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring. Highly recommend!

They were amazing at communicating and the place was fantastic. Literally needed to book same day and they were on top of it helping me be able to book the stay when I needed it

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

A continent location if you have a car or rental car when staying in Austin, it’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The hosts have detailed instructions on how to find the airbnb, make sure to use their instructions given, as apple maps took us to a different house. We referred back to their instructions and found the Airbnb easily (: There is a bus barn or something on the property behind the airbnb, so it does get noisy around 6am. But mostly quiet throughout the day. The place was clean, had yoga mats, loved all of the books and board games! I love that they included that especially for families. We also loved the breakfast taco place, the hosts recommended (:

Lovely home, very quiet, very pretty sight lines, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, whole house is very livable, porches wonderfully quiet with sound of the creek below, we stayed for three weeks and everything we needed was there. Excellent climate control. Easy to andjust Easy parking in driveway and on street for visitors. Cul-de-sac so no thru traffic. Extremely convenient to city, shopping, park and water. Easy short walk to park and water and trails, oh the trails are wonderful. Thank you Scott and Sally!

We had a blast! The pool was great. Awesome to have a grocery store so close with kiddos.

Alan was responsive and worked with us the whole time there. We will be renting again next year for the next MotoGP event. We loved it!!! Can't wait to return.

We stayed for two nights in Austin to watch my daughter wrestle at the Longhorn Classic wrestling meet. The home was perfect for what we needed for our stay. There was 5 of us and we all had our own rooms and able to share two full bathrooms. We love to cook a few meals and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, plus an HEB was less than 5 minutes away if we needed to get anything extra. The beds were comfortable and the king size was perfect for myself, my wife and our grandson to sleep in together. We enjoyed the small backyard as we were able to start a fire in the fire pit with plenty of firewood against the back fence. The bathrooms had what we needed for our stay and all the towels and sheets were clean and fresh. We were about 15 mins from UT, so it was easy to get back and forth. Parking was awesome as we had our own side and awning to park our vehicles under and was very well lit with a motion sensor light. Definitely staying here again.

Great space, everything was an 8-15 minute uber from things we wanted to see and do. Anna was very accommodating for the water filter that needed to be replaced. Definitely recommend!

Overall a 5/5 stay! Very beautiful home in a peaceful location. But everything is still nearby! So many restaurants in the area. Went to a lot of the ones that the host recommended. The home was clean, the backyard was cute, felt safe and cozy. Internet was super fast too. Great communication from the host!

Great 1 bedroom condo that had the amenities of a private home but with the convenience of a condo. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

Great place! Super comfy bed with blackout curtains, gym in the building, walking distance to lots of places in a great safe neighborhood. Host was communicative and helpful! Only drawback was quite low water pressure in shower.

Jason’s place was beautiful! The perfect amount of space for 5 girls. The rooftop was particularly great for a sunset. And the location was great for a walk or an easy Uber to anywhere you’d like. Would stay again!

Very luxurious! I really loved the space, felt like a hotel but with the conveniences of a condo. The amenities made it all the more appealing. Easy access, great location, very clean and organized, host communicated everything in great detail so nothing was needed or questioned along the way. I look forward to returning!

we enjoyed our stay in Austin for our anniversary. place allowed us to chill as if we were home while we explored the food scene that was a quick walk our drive near by. comfy couch and bed. clean kitchen. near a bodega to pick up snacks and drinks to take back. Great view. thanks for the stay.

Cute little stay. The only negative thing I have to say is the elevators. There are 33 floors so it took at least 5 minutes every time we needed to go up or downstairs. When we needed to check out the process took 30 minutes. Everything else was really pretty and great.

This was a great place to explore Austin from. Rainey St. was right around the corner. The river trail is great for walking and the pool was enjoyable when the sun was out.
