Great place - I was only in for a business trip and was solo so really didn't utilize the house for its potential but this place is really cool for a group that can follow the rules and respect the neighbors. Backyard area is extremely nice for hanging out - Pool is private for your use but in clear sight of neighbors (some might want to know this). The entire house is great and is set up perfect for sleeping arrangements to accommodate just about anyone's needs and requests. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of seating on main floor/kitchen area (2nd floor). Showered well/Slept well!!!! Would recommend for sure.

Great place, as described and super responsive and compassionate host. Helped us out when we needed a little extra time before the airport due to travel change. would highly recommend this location.

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for spring break with our kids. Parents enjoyed relaxing and looking out the big windows while kids played in the pool and with a big tub of legos provided with other kids toys in one of the closets. I ad one question during our stay and it was immediately responded to. Would 100% stay again with our family.

Our family stayed here while we had work obligations in town and it couldn’t have been better! The pool was a blast for my 2yo and I loved having the hot tub after a long day. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again on our next work trip!

We had such a great time at our stay here. It made everything we wanted to see and do easily accessible and gave us a comfortable home base. It was also close enough to venture out in the mornings, come back and rest with kids and then head out again in the afternoons and evenings. Communication was easy, as well as check-in and check-out. We would definitely recommend

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

Perfect location for our stay in Austin! Hands down one of the best experiences I have had booking a house on Airbnb. The house was clean, quite, and comfortable! Larry is very thoughtful and answered all of my questions before I thought to ask. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were all top notch. Flexible check-in and check-out. Just an overall good experience. Top of my list for the next trip to Austin.

Our SXSW production team called this house the “MTV Real World Spring Break House Austin, TX.” It was absolutely incredible. We felt we could get lost in the house as there were so many different rooms and bathrooms. The pool and outdoor areas are fabulous and there were enough beds to cater to a large traveling group of business professionals and/or large family vacations. It takes 10 min to walk to 6th Street and less than 2 minutes by scooter 😱. If we’re lucky enough, we’d stay here every time we’re in Austin. Thank you again for the outstanding time.

Beautiful place! The backyard was exquisite. Serene, relaxing, and restorative. There was a generous supply of everything we might need in the bathroom and kitchen. The neighbohood is quiet and safe The host was super responsive to any need that arose. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Alan was responsive and worked with us the whole time there. We will be renting again next year for the next MotoGP event. We loved it!!! Can't wait to return.

We visited here for 2024 Thanksgiving holiday's stay with 5 families. I think that's best place to take a rest in the nature and to make good talks & good play each other. We made good memories and good feelings. We can recommend this place for big family for happy time

Our stay was lovely. The home was clean, well-stocked and had a fun art deco vibe. With each bedroom having its own end suite bath, it accommodated our four generations comfortably. This host is very responsive a gets an A+ from me.

This was such a cute place to stay with plenty of space. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Sam was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed! It was a quiet neighborhood centrally located to all the great things Austin has to offer! Can fit plenty of people comfortably and the hot tub and fireplace are great bonuses. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in Austin!

A beautiful home away from home. The space was welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the many amenities including the hot tub, pool table and family friendly games. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would stay again.

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

Great House! The house was very clean and comfortable. This was the second time we booked this house and we will definitely do it again. The Game Room is a big plus.
