This house was amazing, the pictures does it no justice! I had a great stay in this beautiful home, the host was very friendly and responsive. Everything was easy to find inside the home, instructions were clear. Location was great, quiet neighborhood. Overall I loved this home and would definitely book again if i ever visit Denver again.

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

The moose was an amazing place to stay. If is spacious and has a lot of rooms to relax. Kyle was very responsive and helpful during my stay. I would recommend this location to anyone!

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

We had an enjoyable stay at this very nice house. Super quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for visitors. The green belt out front is great for the grand kids. No street to worry about! And the safely fenced backyard was perfect for our puppy. The bed linens were very nice. And the kitchen is well stocked, the best of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. We hope this home is available the next time we’re in town!

Jessica and the hosts were amazing at this property, I had come for a work trip and due to the nature of live shows and events, the dates were changed a few times. They were nothing but absolutely amazing and accommodating to all the changes. I really enjoyed the stay, and appreciate all the hospitality they showed us.

Philip was the best, super accommodating. All the amenities and activities were perfect for our group. 10 outta 5.

This place was incredible! Karen was always proactive with information and when we had questions she responded within minutes. The house was very clean and so spacious. Excellent value for the price. Could not recommend any higher! The next time we come to Denver, we will definitely stay here.

The house was easy to find and it was very well equipped. Hadley let us check in earlier and was very attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is nice, the house is across a big nice park and 2 blocks from restaurants, gas station, etc. And it was also 5 minutes away from DU and big supermarkets.

So happy about this space. Our previous air bnb didn’t have all the dates to accommodate us. This added to the experience of being in Denver for the first time. Cleanliness is key, and everything was clean. - and we are professional air bnb cleaners/management out of Nashville 👀. Thank you for having my guests and I. I highly recommend this comfy space

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Pictures don’t do this place justice! Plenty of space to congregate and spend time as a group or spread out doing different activities!! One of my favorite stays ever, truly everything we needed and hoped it would be! Hosts so a phenomenal job communicating, cleaning, offering up to date amenities, and such a great property in a great neighborhood…you might not be ready to go home at the end of your stay! Definitely will stay again if we have a large group in Denver!!

the house was lovely for getting my family together for Christmas with enough room for everyone and a kitchen large enough to put together several special meals

Peter's place in Wheat Ridge was great. It was clean and nicely decorated with everything in the kitchen labeled, so easy to find. Our son and DIL and their 2 babies were able to have the entire lower level to themselves, which provided all of us privacy. It's close to Tennyson, which is a fun street to walk with great restaurants and shops. Clancy's Irish Bar is walking distance around the corner. We were in town for. a family celebration and Wheat Ridge was the perfect location for family in Lakewood and Edgewater.

Had to find something last minute, super thankful I found Amelia’s place! Clean, comfortable and easy to check in! Amelia was friendly and had great communication, definitely recommend!

We stayed with Tam for over 10 days with guests in all age ranges. The house has lots of room, the kitchen is beautiful and so functional. Loved being able to access the garage too! Definitely recommend for bigger groups!

Great place for our family trip to the Denver area for a wedding. Arvada was a nice surprise and a very short walk into town. The house had everything we needed for our stay! When my son was asked what his favorite part of the entire Colorado trip (we did many things!) he said his bed at the Airbnb lol

Amazing stay! Paula and Charlie were such delightful hosts! Probably one of best Airbnb’s I have stayed at thus far! Sooo many personal touches she added that made the stay so comfortable! Will be back!

My co-workers and I stayed here for four nights while attending a nearby conference. It was a fantastic way to save money and a perfectly adequate home. Everything was exactly as pictured. Some had mentioned only one sofa was there but both sofas were there when we stayed. As others mentioned, there isn’t a lot of art on the walls or extra furniture. For the price and location though it was totally fine. It was any different than I expected. The host was responsive and helpful and instructions were clear.
