This is a great property. I have no complaints. The outdoor patio is a nice place to sit and people-watch. The beds are comfortable, and the office nook might just be my favorite.

We felt very comfortable at this flat. The space was clean and uncluttered, and we loved having a bed with an adjustable base to elevate our feet after lots of walking. Navey is a great communicator — from her written instructions to her clear and timely text chats. She was very accommodating when we realized that we were one day off from the dates we meant to schedule. The flat was available for the actual nights we wanted to stay, and she didn’t hesitate to initiate a schedule change request. The flat is just a couple of short blocks from yummy restaurants, coffee spots, interesting independently-owned shops, and the beautiful capitol building. The neighborhood was quiet - with the exception of the occasional loud car driving by and neighbors that were a bit noisy for a total of about 10 minutes during our two-day stay. Would stay again!

This was a great and cozy space. It was close to everything we needed. The only slight issue was that it was in a busy downtown neighborhood, which got a little loud late at night on a Saturday. But, fans in the bedroom were provided that gave a white noise cover to much of the excitement outside. That was a decent trade off for the proximity to the things we were in town for. The host was very responsive and the bed was quite comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Dallas’s Airbnb! From the start, Dallas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the booking process smooth and easy. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. Super clean, big, and comfy. Felt great to crash here for the night but we would have happily stayed longer if we weren't just passing through. I highly recommend!

The home is spacious and comfortable, a great place for a large family. It's very well-located. A large Hy-Vee grocery store is only a few blocks away, and there are good restaurants and other services in the area. Erin and Michael were very responsive. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. We'll very likely stay here again. Looking forward to it!

This house was beautiful and spacious with great amenities. They thought of everything from more than enough towels to providing kitchen staples and lots of appliances that large groups will need. Beautiful safe neighborhood location.

A truly perfect home — the pictures don’t do this place justice. Tons of space, all the amenities you can think of — so beautifully decorated, extremely clean. Great location and great host! The mattresses are *very* firm, but still comfortable! :-) we will stay again!

Stayed a week for the State Fair. Very clean, well stocked and mostly new/renovated. Beds were comfy. One was considerably low to the floor, about 8”, a little tuff getting up & down. The driveway and street is narrow. Neighbors parked on street made backing out difficult with large truck. Disappointed with the screened in back patio. It was uncharacteristically dirty with leaves and debris. Washer & dryer in basement, well lit and very clean. WiFi worked great. Plenty of hot water. We would stay again.

The inside of the condo is lovely and has some comfortable extra touches. The value and comfort far exceeds any hotel in the area.

Ciara's place is great! It's very roomy so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We actually were visiting family in town and didn't spend a lot of time at the house. It would be great in the spring and summer since it's right on a golf course and has a nice playground down the street. There appears to be a walking trail beside the house as well. Ciara was very responsive to the questions I had and was willing to help with anything we needed. You'll have everything you need and more if you stay here.
