Absolutely beautiful property and place! Was even better than I expected! Everything you could possibly need for your stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms were more than cozy, bathrooms super clean, and extremely hospitable details everywhere. Jeannette was so responsive to my questions and very welcoming. Couldn't have picked a better place for my weekend getaway!

Jennifer's place was extremly clean and comfortable. The place is an older home with older home quirks, but nothing to detract from your stay and the photos listed here are true. The kitchen was modern and functional and the bath was updated. Its located on a very quiet street that we appreciated and one of the rare rentals that has functioning blockout curtains. We had an excellent stay.

Eon's place is even better than the photos. One thing we like but dont think about much is having a TV in the bedrooms, in addition to the main living area. Eon's place has those kind of convenient extras that make it a warm and welcoming place. It was also nice to have parking so close to the entrance! The beds were comfy; I kinda felt like Goldilocks, deciding what bed would be most comfortable...only they all were comfy! It was also nice to have a variety of treats on the table upon arriving. Thanks, Eon! Your Airbnb is perfect!

Beautiful home, responsive host, and a fabulous stay all around!

We really enjoyed our stay. This AIRBNB was spacious, inviting, comfortable, cute, and clean! This AIRBNB didn’t feel cramped or like it was just a tiny part of a house turned into an AIRBNB space. Instead it felt like a full, nice and roomy and spread out one-bedroom apartment. We had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy our weekend away without our kids. Close proximity to downtown, restaurants, parks, and the bike paths we explored. Bed was very comfortable. Deck has lovely views towards downtown day and night. Parking space designated on property, so no need to worry about finding street parking or playing for parking. We would recommend Dillon’s place to anyone needing a place in/near Des Moines.

We absolutely loved this place! It is so unique and beautiful. We were absolutely obsessed with the design. It is also so spacious! It feels like it goes on forever. Loved the privacy from the backyard as well. Thank you so much for sharing your house!

This accommodation is a commendable choice. Although Grimes is somewhat distant, the overall experience was exceptional. The house was meticulously maintained, and the host was exceptionally welcoming. I thoroughly appreciated my stay.

I stayed here with my wife, her dad, and our baby. I felt safe leaving my wife and baby to work a late-night job with her dad. It’s in a safe neighborhood, and it’s close to downtown and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!
