We have stayed at this house twice now and have loved it! It’s perfect for big groups, our favorite part is the living room being so large and great for conversation!

This home is perfect, as pictured. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. There was plenty of communication from the host prior to check in. The linen and towels were fresh, the kitchen is beautiful and the bathrooms are very clean.

We loved staying here while our home was being renovated. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and in an excellent location close to everything in the heart of Chapel Hill. The home is spacious and well laid out with comfy beds and everything you need for cooking. Sheila is so friendly and responsive, 5 stars all around!

We’ve been at Airbnbs at various Durham visits and this was a top stay. The house was lovely, well-furnished and had nice decorative touches all over the house. The kitchen was equipped for people who like to cook, including cookware, knives and staples, and we really appreciated that. It was on a quiet neighborhood street with an empty lot next door; yet, it was close to downtown restaurants. They were very responsive to any questions and proactive in communicating before and during our stay. We loved our stay and will plan to stay again on our next Durham visit.

My children and I were participating in McKays 50th Birthday road trip! This house gave my kids a chance to have some fun before embarking on our 800 mile journey! We felt right at home and had a nice night.

We had a great stay in this tranquil setting. We saw deer and loved accessing the Bolin Creek Greenway. Very convenient to shops and restaurants and Kenan Flagler, which my son came to visit. We also went to a basketball game and the Heels won in a nail biter!

We had a wonderful trip to Durham, and this house was the cherry on top. The house was absolutely beautiful, design was stunning. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed (and more), and Hylton Daniel was responsive on messages when we had a question. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again!

It’s a nice feeling to stay at this house that really feels like a home. It’s getting to be a rare experience! Kitchen was perfectly equipped, everything was comfortable and just right. It felt like going to grandmas house. Hosts graciously accommodated all our requests. It’s like the old days of Airbnb.

Jay C was a wonderful host! He made my experience from booking to checking out a smooth one. I will say he is the most responsive host I’ve booked with and even checked in on me and my friends. This home is beautifully decorated and looks exactly like the pictures. The bed slept comfortably, the patio is relaxing, the neighborhood is quiet, and plenty of stores/restaurants close by. Do not hesitate to book!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was only 0.6 miles to the Historic Ballpark, so we had a lot of options without needing to worry about parking. The place was clean and comfortable, and was quiet due to it being above the separate garage in the back. Woudl definitely;y stay here again! Thanks, Carrie!

Nice, clean place at a reasonable price. I was concerned about making my daughter sleep on a couch, but they’re massive and she seemed comfortable. There was some noise from the hosts and their dog upstairs, but not enough to be an issue. Loved the Nespresso and the luxurious bathroom. Overall a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is good, the cottage was sweet and had everything we needed plus some. Rain is an excellent host and we would definitely stay there again.

Our family has a very good stay at Kamile’s property. He is a very good host, he is easy to communicate. The location is very good and convenient. Compared to our later Airbnb place at Apex, this one is nearly perfect for living especially for my children. They like to play with all the toys and read books which are provided in the second bedroom. All in all, we like to stay in Kamile’s condo next time.

This was our first time renting an air bnb and any future rentals will have a lot to live up to. Extremely clean, stocked far beyond expectation, pack & play, stroller, high chair, toys, comfortable beds, comfortable living space, quiet location, BUNNIES! If you're looking for a family friendly space, this is it. Erin was super friendly, introduced our 4yo to the bunnies, reached out to make sure we were comfortable when the weather was fluctuating, and just generally made our stay as pleasant as possible. I almost don't want to recommend this place because I'm afraid it won't be available next time we're in town. 5☆ hands down.

Our family of four stayed in Stephen’s apartment during a trip to visit family in the Raleigh area. After we arrived , Steven greeted us, took us into the apartment and showed us around. The artsy apartment is decorated with lots of music and theater history items that Stephen was a part of. Everything was so comfortable, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The kitchenette provided a Nespresso machine, microwave, teapot, and also the small fridge had lots of breakfast and snack items. We didn’t have to bring a thing. The beds were extremely comfortable, we all fell asleep immediately and had a good nights sleep, which is very rare away from home. We got to meet the two cats, Susan and David. They are extremely friendly so if someone is a cat person, they will enjoy sitting in the carport interacting with the cats. We did not get to meet his dog Boomer unfortunately, but we hope we will next time. We would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the Durham area!

Tees’ home was in such a great location, central to our destination. The home was stocked with all of the essentials, beds were comfortable and you can definitely tell that care and thought was put into this home so guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be booking again.
