Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

This apartment was cozy, convenient, easy to find, and smelled great. it was cleaned well and the bed was super comfortable. it was a nice play to stay with our dog and 4 months old, especially after a 12 hour drive. we were able to walk to dinner and park super close when we needed the car. couldn't have asked for a better place!

Haley's apartment is a perfect place to recoup and renew yourself, in a great little spot on Duke campus. It's easy to get to museums and lovely local sights, easy to get to shops and restaurants nearby, and everything was super comfy and clean. I'm from the area, so I try to get back regularly to see family and work, and Haley's apartment was the ideal choice for my last visit. If you're visiting the Triangle, Haley's place is a fantastic fit!

Great location and lovely space! Everything was clean and the art and literature spread throughout the apartment was a nice touch. It does get a bit noisy at night on the weekends considering the location but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. The door to the building sticks as the host mentions in their listing so you just need to be mindful to ensure that it shuts appropriately behind you. Would love to stay here again!

The location, the communication from the host and the peace and quiet at this Airbnb location are a few of my biggest takeaways during my holiday stay here. Unfortunately, I still had to work through the holiday however, mohmeets Airbnb allowed me to have a separate working space to complete my work. Whenever I come back in town, I will definitely be booking here again.

Blake’s place was just what we needed for our 1 week business trip. My husband was a quick drive to work and I was able to walk many places around town with our 5 month old. The place itself was very clean and had very comfortable linens. We took advantage of the washer and dryer, as it’s hard to pack enough baby clothes and burp cloths. The kitchen had all the basics and even a panini press which we really enjoyed. We were able to make ourselves at home and spent time on the little patio out back, as the weather was beautiful during our stay. Blake was extremely responsive and helpful, and even went the extra mile to help us get a comfortable sleep set-up for when our friends stayed over one night. We would stay again if needing to come to Durham in the future!

I stayed in one of Brian's rental units, and I was very pleased with everything. This was a perfect work trip unit, but I would also stay here with my wife as well. The unit was exceptionally clean, borderline sterile, which is a praise to him and the cleaners. Although good restaurants are walkable, the kitchen is well-fitted for cooking and meal prep, which I prefer. I'm not sure if he mentions this in his description, but the home is close to a nice public park. Overall, this is a great value for the space and location. I've already rebooked two separate return trips. I had one minor issue but Brian was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and able to resolve it in a few minutes with a couple of texts.

This was a perfect place for us. Short walks to all of the cool spots in Brightleaf and Downtown Durham, and easy access to the local campuses. The place was clean and felt like home. Very pet friendly if you are looking for that.

As someone who has lived in Durham for nearly three years, I would always recommend the Trinity Park / Downtown Durham / Old North Durham area to stay in and find activities to do! Halley’s place is perfectly located — right off a busy road, but a convenient and safe walk to all the fun things to do. There are great restaurants and coffee shops only a 10-15 minute walk away (we are regulars at Cocoa Cinnamon!) but you can also very easily settle in and stay put if you have work to do in the AirBnB. There were days I spent outside all day running around the community and days I spent working indoors — it’s the perfect location for both!! Absolutely a worthwhile stay

Loved this cute house. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. The location is good, close to downtown. The house is nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. My husband was in envy over the huge big screen TV! Large backyard which our daughter’s dog loved

My family loved their stay here! Truly an amazing location in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, the Durham farmers market, and parks. The backyard is lovely and a great place to hangout on a warm day. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay! Will definitely stay again and have recommended to friends and family visiting Cary NC! Spent a lot of time in the sunroom watching wildlife and enjoying the waterview!

How's was def unique with fun mid century modern flair. Very clean! If I had to nitpick Id only add the property sits on the corner of a fairly busy road, but the back yard is fenced in if you have animals or littles. Also all the pool cues are missing a tip to them which was disappointing since part of the reason I booked this house was to play pool with my guests. Other than that it was good!

We booked this Airbnb for a business trip, and it was a great experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location was convenient for our team, and the space had everything we needed for a productive stay, including reliable WiFi, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful and large home with generous space which ideal for families or a group. The neighborhood is quiet at night. It is probably walkable but we did not take advantage of that. Sam was helpful via messaging.

We absolutely loved Brian and Isaiah’s place during our girls trip to Raleigh! They were both super responsive, provided clear instructions for check in and check out, and checked in with us during the stay to make sure all was going well. The beds are SO comfortable and the house was spotless. Wonderful location - we were able to walk comfortably to several places during the weekend and had no issues grabbing an uber for the father locations. 5 stars without a doubt!

I had a wonderful time staying at Antonio's apartment. It is located through a secure gate and felt very safe and quiet after hours. Clear instructions on how to check in and out and we had no issues. Clean apartment, lots of space for two people.

Full disclosure: I am familiar with the general location. The unit was as advertised, with check-in a real breeze. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to any inquiries or requests I made. The neighborhood is very walkable, and this unit is set back from Daniels Street and far enough away from Oberlin Road & Wade Avenue such that you don't hear any street noise inside. There are bike lanes galore in this part of Raleigh. The Village District is less than a 5-minute walk and has multiple restaurants, shops, and even a fitness facility that will sell you a pass. (The Y is pretty close by, too.) This is a first floor unit, so you will hear footsteps when the tenant above is home (nothing out of the ordinary noise wise though). Also, if you like to cook a lot you may want to bring your own pots and such. (The unit has the basics covered nicely.) This unit is a real gem & a great value! I enjoyed staying here President's Day week. Thanks, Bob & Hal!

This was a beautiful place!!! Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me and this place was practically spotless! Huge shower/tub, huge tvs, beautiful bedroom and living room and free of clutter. They also provided extras like soap, floss, qtips. A plus was it’s a gated community!!! I felt very safe at night and my kids and I walked to several restaurants with no issue! There is even a Publix in walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe which was also important to me and even the neighbors were friendly as I had to ask a few some questions The only thing was the shower head is too far up. I’m very short so it was hard to get and the angle allows water to come out the back all on the floor . Also even with pictures it still took me awhile to find the keys - it’s a black pouch and not a box and it was tucked behind the drain pole which was hard to see… but I get it’s for privacy. Otherwise this is a 10/10 spot !!!! I will definitely stay again if I come back to Raleigh !!! ☺️

The condo was perfect for our stay and is located is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The Village District is within walking distance which was very convenient. Michael's communication was on point and I would definitely reserve the condo again!

Marcia's place matched the photos perfectly and was very clean. It's in a great location that's walkable to downtown Durham. The unit itself is in a quiet part of the complex and includes a clicker so you can drive into the gated part of the parking lot. On our second to last day, a nearby car accident took out the power, and Marcia was proactive in letting us know when the power was estimated to come back on. One note to consider: the shower head is handheld and so in theory would work for anyone, but in the mount, it's only high enough for someone about 5'7" to use it hands free. Overall, we really enjoyed Marcia's place. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone considering it.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our family and attending NCAA basketball games! Great location for restaurants! Catherine’s place is well stocked with coffee/teas, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The home is nicely decorated and bedding is very comfortable. It’s very clean. We did have trouble finding our parking spot and contacted Catherine. She helped us out however I realized she sent explicit directions and pictures in her welcoming emails explaining this. If we would have just taken the time to read everything she sent. We did have trouble using the lock on the front door, even wiggling and giggling the door, so had to come/go using the locked back door. I shared this with Catherine and she shared that it can be finicky. Overall, for the proximity of restaurants and downtown, the rental was a good value.
