A perfect spot to stay for a couple of nights in Halifax. It felt like with a 10-15 minute drive you could get almost anywhere in Halifax from here, so a perfect location. We had our dog with us and the fenced back yard was perfect. There was a cute park just a 10 minute walk away that our dog loved. Very grateful for the ease of this spot!

We loved our stay! The apartment was very cute, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Emma was a fantastic host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We also really liked the location—close to everything we needed, but still quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife, friends and I had a great time in Nova Scotia and Candace's location was perfect for us.

Lots of extra touches. Wonderful welcome basket that even included dog toys and treats (including wine for the 2-legged guests). Loved having the washer/dryer to use (when you are travelling this is really nice). Overall very positive experience.

Kelly and Doris are incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Our stay was a last minute booking. Both kelly and Doris helped us feel right at home. The property is an Oasis. It has everything your family will need. The pictures do not do it justice. The quiet peacefulness you feel well sitting by the lake is everything you want and need. We will be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Kate was awesome as was Nikki. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the short walk to Tuna Blue. We also went to the Hubbards beach, which was a short drive. We will definitely be back again!! :)

The cottage in Hubbards was ideal for our stay. My daughter loved the little playground behind. Everything was clean and it was an extremely relaxing stay. Thank you for your great place and kind discussions whenever we passed each other during the days!

PAM &J.P on été extraordinaires. Nous avons été ravis par notre séjour et sommes tombés en amour avec la Nouvelle-Ecosse. Les animaux étaient un extra inattendus. Gustave va beaucoup s’ennuyer de Maple. Petit commentaire QUI N’EST PAS UNE CRITIQUE. Le réfrigérateur n’est pas très grand alors, ne pas faire une trop grosse épicerie à chaque fois. Nous sommes arrivés avec trop de choses et tout ne rentrait pas. Mais encore une fois ce n’est pas grave. Il y une épicerie pas tres loin. Ça se fait très bien. Faut juste pas prévoir trop longtemps d’avance si vous avez une grosse famille comme la mienne. La piscine est extraordinaire!!!!! Près de pleins de belles plages . Nous avons passé un super beau moment en famille!!!

we absolutely loved our stay in the cottages! We were able to use a lot of their amenities, Kayaks, boat, pool.. it was so much fun and we made some great memories as a family! Thank you to Katelyn for the great cottage and customer service, we hope to come back again :)

Location is nice and place is big enough to accommodate 6-8 people. Host is responsive and they pretty much had everything one could ask for. Hot Tub is superb.

Some friends and I enjoyed a fantastic weekend of zoom training in this beautiful location. Lots of space to spread out, and a central kitchen with everything you need for cooking and relaxing together. Communication with Doris was prompt and easy. Highly recommend!

We booked Andrea’s place for a 3 day weekend to visit relatives in Halifax. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night as we had to return home early due to an unexpected power outage at our house. Although we only stayed one night, Andrea’s place was wonderful!! The fenced in yard and very few stairs up to the bedrooms and to get into the house was great for our dog! We loved the decor and coziness of the whole house! Comfy bed!The kitchen had everything you could think of and more!! Andrea was very responsive and helpful and even left some treats for us and our dog😊. Greatly appreciated! Would love to return when the weather is better and we can stay longer! Highly recommend Andrea’s place!!

This was our second extended stay at Francois's, and just like the first, his hospitality, the location, and the lovely property exceeded our expectations and made us feel right at home. Francois was a wonderful host, quick to communicate and extremely helpful. The home was spotless and well appointed and modern. The property is Serene and peaceful for anyone looking to get away from the city while avoiding a lengthy trip. Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day!

Good location for the price. Nothing fancy but comfortable stay. Don was very responsive to any questions and proactive in his communication. Parking was very tight - would caution if you have a large vehicle or if you’re not comfortable parking in tight spaces. Had some difficulty managing temperature the first night but once I figured it out it was fine.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Beautiful walks nearby, well-equipped kitchen, quiet but still not far from the airport. And the best: very nice and helpful hosts!

We had a great stay at Gavin's. It was exactly what we needed—a peaceful and private space to rest and relax with your own private hot tub area. We would return and stay again!
