First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

The home is spacious for a small family and the fenced in pool was a plus because I travelled with children. Jorge responded when I had any questions and also recommending some of the local restaurants.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The first thing the kids did when we arrived was get in the pool and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful, in a calm and peaceful neighborhood and I loved the convenience of Walmart being less than 5 minutes away! Yuri was an amazing host, very friendly, accommodating and always quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Jacksonville area, it made our vacation even more special!

Lovely home, comfortable beds, beautiful pool (it rained so we didn't enjoy it as much as we could have). Really nice neighborhood (with a resident police officer) very clean. neat and safe environment.

We loved our stay at Robin's place! Even if the weather was cool the pool temperature was perfect, we swam every day and everything was organized and clean! The kitchen had some coffee pods and snacks waiting for us as well as enough kitchen staples (oil, salt, sugar, foil, part towels, etc) to cook and dinnerware to serve! We only had one little issue the last night with a noise that didn't let us sleep well but we loved the property, the details and how friendly the hosts are. We are grateful for a great place to stay and recharge in the Ponte Vedra area. I personally recommend this home away from home and we hope to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful, and the house was spotless with unique floor tiles. The pool was perfect for our kids, and the location was great—safe, charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The leather reclining couches were super comfy, and the movie room with Netflix and Hulu was a hit. The laundry room was a great bonus, and the spacious kitchen (with a fridge that had a TV!) was a fun touch. Overall, a perfect trip—we'll definitely be back!

The house was great for what we needed it for. The pool was awesome for our two kids. The master bathroom/bedroom was my husband and my favorite part of the house. We also loved how close it was to the beach just a two minute golf cart ride. The host was very responsive and when we had a couple issues they got them fixed quickly. My family would definitely stay there again.

Rachel’s beach house was everything we were looking for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing ocean views that you could see from just about everywhere in the house. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Rachel was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, right on the beach, making it very convenient. The pool was also a very nice addition. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, this is it!

Vera’s home was perfect for our annual golf trip. The place was perfect and very clean. The lake was a nice backdrop. Close to restaurants and golf courses. Highly recommended. Thank you John

This was a wonderful experience and a perfect home for our group. We loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well very equipped and allowed us to avoid making restaurant runs. We had plenty of space for everyone and the master shower was rejuvenating! The hosts were both proactive and responsive to our questions. They did an excellent job making sure we enjoyed our vacation.

I'm born and raised in the panhandle of FL but I live in texas in a city by Austin and when I tell you this house and area put me right back to my roots. I love peace and quiet and that's exactly what this place gives . love was made with this home and the warmth we felt and the energy that filled the home was amazing and just puts your mind at ease. truly blessed to be able to give my family this break and Vicky and Freddy was equally amazing every step of the way. if you have a big family like me and on the go and want to calm everything down and still have lots of family fun look no further than right here. Thanks again yall two and we will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jacksonville beach. The property is walking distance from the beach. There were beach towels and chairs already provided for us at the property. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. The backyard was my favorite part, it was well manicured. I would rate my over all experience a a 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our host was nice, friendly, and helpful. The house looked amazing and clean! It was spacious and gave us plenty to do within the home. We hope this can be our new “go-to” place when visiting our family members in Jacksonville. We have already recommended this place to local family and friends. Very well pleased. By far, our best AirBnb experience thus far!

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Beautiful, clean, private house with a nice jacuzzi. This was a wonderful quiet getaway for my partner and I.

Very unique place in a great location. Has everything you need and a nice, clean pool. The secret opening for the master bedroom was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed playing on the arcade cabinet. Would stay again!
