Og provided us with seamless instructions. Parking is a little tricky but that’s anywhere near NYC. If you’re looking to impress someone this apartment has the right views and right vibes to set the right tone and mood. The view of Manhattan is breathe taking and it’s right out your front door. Also extremely affordable considering the Billion Dollar view. Looking forward to staying again next time I’m in the city!

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa's carriage house! We were in town for a Bachelorette Weekend (9 women from all over the east coast) and this was the perfect home base for our trip. When we arrived, Lisa gave a tour of the property and house, showed me how everything worked, and provided very clear instructions and suggestions. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner delivery that evening and was exceptionally responsive and helpful for the whole weekend. We spent a day at Sojo Spa and enjoyed a great dinner in downtown Englewood on Saturday night. The house had everything we could have needed from an amenities perspective and tons of warmth & charm on top of that. Thanks Lisa for having us! We had an amazing weekend celebrating the bride-to-be.

Anthony’s place was an amazing gem in Williamsburg. The neighborhood was very quiet and residential. The apartment felt cozy and warm, and the private back yard was an added bonus. We loved the comfy sheets and bed. The bidet and heated toilet seat were an added touch of luxury! Anthony was also responsive and accommodating. The only potential challenge was street parking but I was able to nab a spot after driving around the nearby blocks for a bit.

Tina was awesome to work with! Very accommodating of our group at the last minute. Her place was clean and the WiFi held up with 8 of us happily posting on social media. The short walk to the waterfront offers some of the best views of New York City. I would stay again as would the rest of my group.

Eleonora’s place in Greenpoint is a great option, particularly for a larger group. I slept on the very comfortable bed on the main floor, and there are two more beds on the lower level. Due to time constraints, I didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the jacuzzi tub or the backyard space. The location is close to two subway lines, and many good restaurants. We didn’t cross paths but Eleonora was very responsive and also accommodating, letting me check in an hour early, and then letting me leave my bag in the apartment until late afternoon.

Una casa muy bien comunicada para ir a NY a la que accedes con el tren Path. Tardas unos 15 minutos andando a la estación y en otros 15 estás en el World Trade Center. Es una zona muy tranquila y con los servicios necesarios a una distancia a la que se puede ir caminando. Ben estaba de viaje, pero en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos facilitó un late check out por el horario de salida de nuestro vuelo. Muy buena experiencia

We had a great time in a very rustic brownstone type of accommodation in Jersey city. It’s walkable in transit bus stop and PATH subway around <10 mins. Aside that the neighborhood is quiet, there are tons of restaurants, grocery stores and eateries in steps away. Our host Vanessa & Gil are very responsive in any of our inquiries. Everything you need are all in there and plus though one thing is missing is a closet.

This was a great place for our visit to Park Slope. The apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen is small, with a counter top burner and a combination toaster/air fryer/oven. The appliances are newer, clean, and in great condition. They worked perfectly. It's very easy to prepare simple meals with the fresh produce and meats available at nearby markets. The bathroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The tree lined street is very quiet and an easy walk to Prospect Park. We walked a lot, but when we needed a car, ride shares showed up within 2 minutes every time. The subway to Manhattan is a easy walk on 7th Ave. Brian and Rachel are great hosts with excellent communication and pleasant greetings. We will definitely stay here again when we visit family in the Park Slope area.

Denia es muy amable y generosa, la cunicacion es precisa y en poco tiempo. Su casa es hermosa, muy limpia y con bellos detalles que hacen que te sientas en familia. La cocina está bien ocupada y puedes encontrar algunos alimentos para preparar una cena de emergencia al llegar cansado del viaje. Dénia fue muy gentil al permitirnos usar los víveres que hay en la despensa. Las paradas del bus que te llevan a Nueva York están muy cerca de la casa. El vecindario es hermoso y muy tranquilo, tiene restaurantes, tiendas de víveres y panaderías al rededor. Recomiendo este lugar y sin duda cuando regrese de visita a Nueva York me quedaré de nuevo. Muchas gracias Dénia por permitirnos pasar unos días maravillosos en tú casa!!

Loved staying in this gem of a home! If you’re looking for something different down the shore this is the place for you! Check out the Mule Barn restaurant just a few doors down, enjoy the plentiful wildlife and of course the beautiful Jersey beaches! Brian’s house was well stocked and comfortable for our family with two young boys and our dog.

Nice place; clean and organized! Great host! We were excited throughout our stay, and we’ll book Jenna’s place again for our next NY/NJ visit.

We Stayed With my Fiancé at AVE for 7 Days, And If you look for a place thats safe A good deal for Money and far from all of the noice of the Manhattan AVE is a great option. We came to Visit NYC predominantly and were commuting every day with a Buses, The stop is just 6 minutes away by Walking so it was pretty easy to access New York ,The Premise was very clean, Had a Nice coffee downstairs, a Big Grocery up close and a very friendly staff . So Overall it was an amazing stay and if We are going to Visit NYC we would definitely come back to here.

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

The Ave is our first choice when we visit northern NJ. The gym is top notch. The building and parking is very secure. The property is well maintained.

It's a great place with lots of nice property amenities (pool, gym, walking path, dog park). You check in like at a hotel. The apartment is basically set up like a hotel, too. They give you enough dishwasher detergent for one or two loads of dishes, enough laundry detergent for a couple of loads of laundry, enough K-cups for two cups of coffee (but no sugar or creamer). There are no spices or specialty kitchenware at all. It is bare bones yet still adequate, with place settings for 6. It's easy to get to from the main highways, and it is fairly low-stress traffic-wise by NJ standards. The bed and bedding were comfortable. They should really provide a full-size broom and dustpan though. The tiny hand broom was driving me crazy by about day 3, and the regular vacuum didn't do very well on the non-rug parts. As a bonus, it also has a pretty good view, which was a little surprising. And the parking garage was handy when it was snowy and icy. People were exceptionally nice. I'll stay again.

Martha‘s apartment is really nice, with everything one could want, very nicely furnished, well equipped and extremely clean. The neighborhood in Forest Hills is very nice, with a good public connection to the city and all one needs in walkable distance. One thing one should consider is that there is no complete separation of living and sleeping room as the wall is open at the ceiling. The hosts are very nice and responsive. Thank you very much, Martha and Dylan! We will be back.
