Perfectly located near campus and downtown, easy walking distance to some fun and good restaurants/beer gardens, nice and comfortable place to stay, and equipped with everything you need. Only thing to be aware of is that the bedroom on the second floor has limited privacy. You need to walk through it to get to the third floor bedroom. I would stay here again, it would be good for families, and my wife and I would stay here if it was just the two of us.

Olesia was so warm and welcoming. It was really like having my own little home away from home. Would definitely recommend!

Overall our stay was great! the house is definitely accommodating for larger groups at that price point. Wesley was very respectful and responsive and made you aware if he wasn't available to speak at the moment. He reached out as soon as he was able. The house is nice and within a few minutes of about anything you would need.

This location served our needs very well, we were not in the unit for much time. The location is very convenient to the interstate and restaurants in the area. You have 2 parking spaces off the street, however, some of the neighbors speed making it difficult to back out.

Convenient location close to Turkey Creek (restaurants and shopping), Costco and highway access. Quiet at night. The apartment had all the needed amenities, furniture, multiple TVs to feel like at home.

Omari’s place was very clean and the aesthetics of the decor are commendable. Very comfortable and I felt at home. Very responsive. I must say that you will likely hear a couple of trains pass at about 1:50 am and almost 6:00 am but that is beyond her control. Very convenient to highways. Kitchen was adequately equipped as we cook often when booking airbnbs. Great little studio.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Dylan and Susanne’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. I especially appreciated the aesthetics of the home loved the decor. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Felipe was responsive and helpful. The space is a self-contained basement apartment with a walk-out onto a concrete deck. Ample space to hang out, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The neighborhood is on a hill so we ddn't do any walkng around the streets. We headed into Knoxville for a music festival and the drive was an easy fifteen minutes. If we return next year, we will consider this place again.

This is the second time I've stayed at one of Chris' units in the same building and it was another great visit! Close to UT campus, tons of walkable restaurants, onsite parking, and the building was pretty quiet for being right off of the main lobby. Overall another great experience. Chris is a very responsive and proactive host that was very easy to communicate and thinks of the small details that make a guest feel welcomed and comfortable.

Excellent communication with host. Host was wonderful! The place has been recently remodeled inside and is very nice. Convenient to get to and from in relation to where I’m working. Washer and dryer is nice to have as well.

Charles’s place was exactly as described. Clean with everything needed for a care free stay. Highly recommended.

great location for Knoxville/Maryville, good value for money! an older home but has everything you need and a view of donkeys and goats out the window! great sunrises in the morning as well. They were very sweet and even let me borrow some honey when my friend was getting sick. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location worked for us. The place isn’t new but clean and as described. Would be even better if there was an actual little kitchenette but we didn’t need it. Would stay there again.

This was a perfect space for a week long stay. The bed was very comfortable. We were provided with pretty much any appliance we would need, since we were traveling light. We were attending a music festival, which had us coming in pretty late in the evening. But, this didn't seem to be a problem because the entrance felt very private and we didn't worry too much about disturbing our hosts. Felipe made us feel very comfortable about requesting anything we might need, but we actually didn't need anything for the whole week. The space was very well stocked.

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

I had a lovely stay at John’s house while in town for a music festival! He generously accommodated some friends of mine for a night, and was very responsive and kind. The main bed was comfortable and the space was simple, clean, and quiet - everything I needed for a short stay outside of Knoxville!

Beautiful setting in the “ country” but in town. Azaleas were beautiful! Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Thomas & Angela went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & cared for. They have a beautiful space to offer & make sure to make you feel welcome on top of that. I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. We really appreciate the hospitality and look forward to our next stay in Louisville.

Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!
