Very responsive and helpful host/s. The place looked just like the pictures with one bonus bedroom not shown! It was very clean, with all of the kitchen supplies we needed. Friendly neighbors! Awesome pool. This was a great location to get around for our bachelor/bachelorette climbing weekend!

I always stay at The Signature when I’m in Vegas. The location is perfect, and having access to the MGM Pool Complex is definitely a perk. Overall, Joe’s unit was awesome, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Here’s some of the pros and cons, compared to other units I’ve been in. PRO The kitchen is VERY well stocked. I went shopping before I got to the unit, and definitely bought stuff I didn’t need. Lots of towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. We had 3 people in the room and it was super comfy. It’s very much accessible, if you have mobility needs and/or need extra support in the shower. The less than awesome stuff: There’s no door to the master bathroom. (Toilet is in a separate room.) Fine if you don’t mind being seen in the shower, not ideal when with friends. The showers were a little smaller than the other units I’ve been in. The jacuzzi tub was a standard 1 person tub, not the oversized ones I’m used to. But overall AWESOME place. Def recommend!

We have stayed at numerous Airbnb’s, Micheal’s home goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches and amenities. There are fresh flowers in the house, and so many nice leave behinds for guests, it really is a first rate experience in the home. The pool is beautiful, the house is laid out nicely for 6 guests, and the beds were super comfortable. I wish the weather had been better for us to enjoy the amazing back space! Micheal is always attentive if you need him. You will be very comfortable and pampered if you choose this Airbnb!

Justin is a great host. The place was great for our family. E location was very quiet and close to everything. The drive to the strip was clear and not far at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great host will be attending again I strongly recommend. Me and my husband felt right at home and enjoyed Las Vegas we will be returning.

Overall, it's a wonderful place. There 's a very nice swimming pool and hot tub in the back with plenty of places to lounge comfortably in the sun. It's one of the best stocked Airbnbs I've ever stayed at — pool toys, charcoal for the BBQ, bathroom supplies, White Claws in the fridge. At one point, my kid needed tweezers to extract a splinter: Even that was supplied. Another nice touch: Quality pillows on the beds. I always pack my pillow from home on trips. This time, I left it in the car.

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing when we go back for soccer tournament at the field close by. We will definitely pick this place again. Thank you so much for all the extra amenities that you provided. We felt right at home.

I rented this home for several employees traveling from out of town. All employees felt safe, at home and stated it was one of the best places they have stayed (which is saying a lot) I look forward to booking the home again in the future
