We enjoyed J's place. Everything was clean and 15-20min away from the strip and other major Las Vegas attractions. This is a great stay for a good price.

Valeriy was very responsive to questions. Home was just as described. Loved the pool table and arcade game. Kitchen had everything we needed. Home was very clean. Great experience.

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Our family of five (2 teens and Mother in Law) spent our spring break in Vegas. We had a great time staying at Jennifer’s place. Jennifer and Tyler co-host were super responsive and accommodating. We checked in rather late in the day, but check in was easy and we had no issues. The house is a bit older, but the interior has been remodeled and clean. We really enjoyed playing pool, but we didn’t get a chance using the outdoor pool. All in all, we had a great time staying there.

Fantastic space! Will be back. Perfect for our group of 5, huge spaces for everyone to spread out. 2 coffee maker options -both a drip and keurig! Beautiful neighborhood super close to the Arts District (5 min ride or 1.2 mile walk) with fab restaurants. Terry was super proactive & responsive on check in process. and the space was very clean comfortable and we wish we were there longer to use the pool or fooseball table. So much space you won't regret booking for your group. It felt like home. Thank you Terry!!

Great place! Exactly as described, super walkable to the Strip (due to F1 setup was a little tricky - but obviously it’s temporary)! Very clean unit, comfortable beds, worked well for two couples. More fun being in the same unit vs staying in two different hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants the quiet of being just far enough off the Strip, but easily walkable to access it all! Host was very responsive and helpful. This us our 2nd stay here. The service is great, the view is awesome and it is close to the things we wanted to do. The host is proactive and was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing experience during their stay in Vegas.

I go to Las Vegas almost every year and this was by far the nicest place I’ve stayed. Tommy provided everything needed for a pleasant stay and was very responsive to messages. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is a great base for hiking and the Las Vegas strip. It is in a safe, gated community with parking below the unit and is within walking distance to good restaurants as well. The host was quick to respond to questions. The rental price was very reasonable! We would definitely stay again!

The place was amazing. Some people complained about the shower in the master bedroom having no hot water, but in reality it's just that the labels for hot and cold are swapped for some reason. The house looks like in the pictures, some parts are even bigger than they appear actually. At some point during the night some of us accidentally left open the door next to a hot tub and as a consequence we woke up a neighbour. The host didn't make a big deal out if it after we explained the situation, which I appreciate. The closest thing to a complaint that I have is that some things in the kitchen (utensils, bowls, etc.) weren't actually clean even though they were in the cupboards/drawers.

LeAnn's place is terrific. It stands out just as the pictures show, well-kept and maintained. LeAnn is easy to get in touch with and quick to respond when needed. We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Xiao's place! She was incredibly amicable and kind, always quick to respond to my messages and checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable. Xiao is truly one of the best hosts I've encountered; she genuinely cares about her guests and their satisfaction. The home itself was clean and easy to find. It’s conveniently located just minutes away from Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, and a variety of charming restaurants. Plus, all the major stores are nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

Hodi was the perfect host! She was very responsive and accommodating to our group. The house had everything you could possibly need. The location is off the strip, but it is a quick 15 minute drive there or Fremont St. I would stay here again any time I am back in Vegas!

Xiao was a very responsive host. Always checked in to make sure things were working and that you were well comfortable. I would 100% recommend it if you're looking for an affordable, well-kept place near the strip.

We had a group of 16 in town to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. Ages ranged from 3-83. This home was perfect for my group! The home was exactly as described. We enjoyed that we didn’t have to worry about being too loud due to location & proximity to neighbors. Especially with the size of our group. The fully stocked home was great! We had everything we needed. Excellent shopping & restaurants within a block. Premium Outlet mall within a block. Nearby casinos & entertainment. Easy access to the interstate. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we have a large group again!
