My stay at Erin’s was a little getaway for tranquility/Ocean! Erin’s place is an absolute hidden Gem! The Beach cottage was so homely, surrounding neighborhoods were so welcoming! Very peaceful and Blessed! I’ve been away a week now and I miss it so very much! It was my first time away and actually renting an airbnb! I was scared at first but Erin was so kind to answer all my questions (which were a lot) 😅Erin went above and beyond as a Host! But when i arrived and seen her for the first time it was if I arrived to Family!🥹 I felt so nestled and cozy and couldn’t do without! I enjoyed every single day as Erin let me use her bike. I enjoyed rides along the beach, and bay, theres also the peninsulas ride share which is awesome takes you too so many eateries alongside 2nd st.! Everyday I Watched the boats from the bay and just sat and listened to the Ocean waves. The cottage has everything you would need! Don’t think twice like me! Book it😇 Thank you Erin! As with any place in this area, always concerned about parking. TWO SPOTS! One in the garage. Little cozy. We had a Ford Escape - passengers got out before parking, but there’s enough room. Inside is so nice. Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. There were a ton of towels - much appreciated. Kitchen is so well stocked with appliances, dishes, and silverware. Greta was always ahead of time with information. She answered any questions very quickly, even on the weekend. Everything about our stay was great. Thank you Greta.

We had a fantastic visit to the villa! Everything was perfect, from Kim’s communication to the comfortable bed and space to relax. We loved the location, steps away from the beach and within comfortable walking distance to restaurants. Just about a half hour drive to Disneyland, we were able to easily plan a trip there with ease during our stay. I felt like I was right at home in the villa, the moment we opened the door you are met with the scent of fresh laundry as all the towels and bedding, and throw blankets were freshly laundered. The kitchen was spotless as was the bathroom and shower. And the water pressure and temperature in the shower was fantastic! Felt great after the long days at Disney. Kim was an excellent communicator, responding quickly when we chatted. She even gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on things to do. I can’t wait to return! This property is a gem - do not hesitate to book!

We had an incredible stay at Bradley's Airbnb in Manhattan Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as multiple restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was fantastic: well-stocked, clean, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, including three teenagers. Bradley's father, Robert, was the main contact and is an excellent host. He was always available for recommendations and went above and beyond by giving us a personal walking tour of the area when we arrived. His knowledge of the local spots made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We can not wait to return!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at The Tiny Tiki. Looks like the photos: small and very clean. Cozy for two adults, but room enough to feel comfortable. As mentioned by the host and others, the bathroom is VERY tiny. Not ideal for larger folks, but worked for us. What is ideal is the location. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We would stay at The Tiny Tiki again.

I stayed Duke's house for my son's wedding at Los Verdes Golf Course. It was really beautiful house and great location. Duke was very professional and provided information to me in a timely manner. I would like to stay there again if there is any chance. Fully recommended.

This place is great! The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and a perfect walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

This is such a perfect getaway spot. You can see the beach from the large windows and Don had umbrella and chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc that we could take the few steps to the ocean. You can easily walk to coffee, restaurants, ice cream, playground, and more. Beautiful home! And Don and Rebecca were so helpful- unloading/loading our car, setting up the umbrella, helping us get on bikes to explore, and more. Will absolutely be back!

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

This is our third year renting this home for our annual trip with friends. The location and home are perfect and we love everything about it! It's a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It's clean, has an open floorplan, and a great yard, too!

The house is in a great location, only a short walk to the beach. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. It was lovely to have the outside area. The location was great for not only the beach but also going to Disney. The kitchen is fab and very well appointed with everything you could need. The host was super helpful and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property and would return. We never had any issues with finding parking on the street, and the area felt incredible safe.

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

This is a great home and we highly recommend renting it. Beautiful part of Belmont Shore. Far enough off of 2nd Street that you don’t hear the noise, but still only a two block walk. Only half a block to the ocean, where there is a walking and biking path, in addition to the beach. Easy drive to Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, and downtown LB. The home is lovely, 2 bedrooms, and nice bathroom, and a kitchen set up for home cooked meals, in addition to a dining room table and living area with a Roku TV. Keurig coffee maker, though we walked up to the many coffee shops on 2nd Street most mornings. Note that second street has great shops and restaurants. Be sure to keep your rental confirmation notice, as it contains the check-in lock code. (I forgot I had it, but Jesica replied to my call within 5 minutes.) We would definitely rent here again.

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

Maya’s place was awesome! It was walkable to great restaurants and the beach, and Maya was helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.

Mo & Nessy were amazing hosts! The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Venice and Venice Canals, few blocks to the beach and Venice pier and close to verything. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 1 month. Host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you want a true LA experience! Would definitely come back.
