I can’t express enough how wonderful Eric’s place was. He thought of every little thing and clearly marked items all the way down to where the trash bag’s were. The game room was wonderful, the kids loved it! Strollers, ice chest anything and everything you need while on vacation, he had it! The home was roomy and clean. We decided this will be our new destination when visiting LA.Eric was also available for any and all questions you had responding quickly. Thank you Eric for a wonderful experience 😊

Super close to Manhattan beach/ LAX/ Hermosa/ coffee shops/ cute restaurants. Popped in for a quick getaway from the Phoenix desert with my mother and brother. Layout of the place was perfect and my brother even had his own personal space in the guest house out back. Would definitely recommend the property/ space to any of my friends. Michelle was super responsive and helpful along the way. Staying at houses can be stressful with checking in sometimes and Michelle was truly eager to assist in any way possible.

Perfect location in Manhattan Beach. Less than 5 minute walk to all of the best restaurants and shopping. Super fun time riding the bikes on the strand and finishing the day with the sunset on the top deck. Thank you for making your home available for my family.

This place was very nice inside and we appreciated having 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, which is great for adults. The interior was modern and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful for cool LA nights. The house is centrally located to many LA spots by car (e.g., 20 mins to Venice, Hollywood, Getty, SoFi, etc.), but is not that walkable as the neighborhood is, shall we say, in transition. There are several hip cafes and restaurants that are walkable, however. We had a great stay for our mini-college reunion!

My family—me, husband, 2 teenagers, and 3 dogs—were required to evacuate due to the Palisades fire. Fortunately, Yonatan was a responsive host who quickly confirmed our request to reserve. The house was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, good layout. There were privacy and space for each of us, adequate room for me to work, and common areas where we could hang as a family (den, dining area, lanai/sun room, side patio with table and chairs). The kitchen was clean, functional and well-stocked with all the basics. The wifi was excellent. Backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, day and night, and the neighbors were friendly when we walked our dogs. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk or drive. In short, exactly what we needed. I can imagine the house also being great for a group of friends going to an event in LA. Yonatan and his co-host were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Daniel was a great host and the Airbnb was everything we were hoping for. Super great instructions to get in and use the hot tub and the views were even better than imagined. Would definitely recommend, 100% worth the price! Great location - close enough to everything fun but also quiet enough to enjoy some privacy.

Silver lake is a great place to stay! Ari's house is in the perfect location. The house is well equipped and when weather permits the outdoor spaces are large and roomy for great conversations and lounging. The hot tub is an extra plus to enjoy at night under the L.A skyline. Highly recommend especially for larger families or a few couples traveling together.

This is a very large space with 6 bedrooms in Monterey Park -- great location and exactly what we needed for our trip as we visited family in the SGV area. Best part of our stay was our host, Brooks, who was extremely responsive and immediately addressed any needs we had.

Very good communication. Easy instructions, great place for a big family in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen ware. We even got to see fireworks from the theme park! Would stay again if the need arises.

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

Loved the house. The pool an hot tub were really clean and the kids had a blast. House was clean, all rooms were great size and the bathrooms were really nice.

Anna was a great host—very responsive and attentive. Her home was spotless and a fantastic deal for the location! Easy, walkable access to the whole property. Will definitely return!

Nick’s home was great! There were 3 adults and 5 kids staying there and everybody had their own bed! The inside of the home was clean and very well stocked. It was the perfect location for going to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm (so much better than Disney!). It was also only an hour from Huntington Beach which the kids loved. Unfortunately between our busy schedule and some rain we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities but everything seemed fine. I would definitely go back there again.
