Samantha's apartment was great- very well located, very safe and quiet, and her communications were excellent.

This place was perfect for what we needed. Host gave super detailed instructions on how to get in, which made what could be a slightly confusing experience so easy. Prime parking spot downtown was included. Super short walk to all the things you would want to do. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again in the future.

My son got married in Shelbyville and I wanted a base that the family could gather and connect before the wedding. This loft was the perfect place because it was central to the venues for the rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. My goodness, this is the best experience we’ve had with AirBnB! The pictures don’t do the loft justice. It’s gorgeous, comfortable and has plenty of space for a large family. The town of Shelbyville is charming and I’d love to come back and explore what this part of Kentucky has to offer. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Justin’s place was an AWESOME stay during our Bourbon Trail adventure! It was clean, conveniently-located, and exactly as advertised in the listing. Included parking was a huge bonus, and the complimentary coffee was wonderful! We can absolutely see ourselves staying here again when we return to Louisville!

Great four bed loft for anyone looking to visit Louisville and tour the Bourbon Trail.

This place is a fabulous value for money. Nice quiet neighborhood, private entrance, and just enough parking for two cars in the driveway. I did not see that the host had to be contacted prior to getting the check-in instructions (including the door code to get in!). This is not a downside by any means, but it’s something I wish I had realized sooner!

We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday with a large group. The space is amazing, clean, fun and luxurious. Ellie was so helpful with recommending nearby restaurants. Ellie was so flexible with our arrival and departure time and incredibly responsive throughout our stay, as well. Worth every penny! I would highly recommend this space and hosts!

Great hosts. Very responsive when the arrival date was close and while we were there. Cool space and comfortable for 4 guys for a weekend visit to Whiskey Row

Eric was great to work with and very responsive. House is as it says on the post. We were in town for a trade show and work so we didn't get to utilize it to its fullest. Enjoyed our time though!

This place suited our two groups perfectly. We went to a conference at the Kentucky International Convention Center and it was just a 10 minute drive away! We rented this place as well as Loft on Pearl so that 25 people total had a place to sleep. The places connect through an upper balcony making it very accessible for both our groups to move back and forth. We will certainly be back in the future!

Place was fun. It is in a good location and host was helpful. The place was clean and comfy. We had a great time and had everything we needed.

Great trip! The apartment is just off the main drag and a super close walk to a ton! We did a few ride shares to further away places like the soccer stadium but you can easily get to a bunch of restaurants and attractions from this location. The space is large, open and very comfortable. One of the 3 bedrooms is up a spiral staircase for those with accessibility concerns fyi. Elevator or stairs to 3rd floor apt. Only one bedroom has an attached bathroom but the 3 beds/3 baths were great for our group of 3 couples/6 ppl. The Kitchen could use a few more things like mugs, baking tray if 6ppl were planning on cooking in (but why would you with so much great food so close!) and we ran out of TP on a long weekend trip. I’d recommend bringing your own ground coffee if you want to make you own. Would definitely stay again! It’s worth mentioning that a lot of bars/restaurants close by close around 10 and it seemed like the super late night spots were more E.
