This was the perfect location to stay down town. Walking distance to everything we needed, gated parking made us feel safe and the design of the Air BnB was unique and so fun!!!

Andrew was a phenomenal host. He was extremely responsive and very helpful. The property was beautiful the bathroom and kitchen were amazing. As others have noted, the floors are squeaky but that would be the only con for our stay. However the building is older so that should be expected.

We stayed at Jason’s while in town to see Hamilton🎵 and Graceland. Jason’s place is in a great location, was clean, and had very comfortable beds. We also loved that there was a garage to park our car. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo in the downtown area of Memphis. It's about three blocks from Central BBQ. Yum. It is a third-floor walkup, so people with mobility issues would have problems.

This place is awesome. I love the spacious floor plan, the high ceilings, the floor to ceiling windows with a view of Court Square Park, the modern decor, and the downtown location, 3 blocks south of the convention center. The sofa and the bed are very comfortable, and the apartment/condo is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishes, and utensils. There were more than enough towels, linen, blankets, and other amenities. Between the 2 bathrooms there is a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer. The building’s front & rear entrance, and the elevator is very secure, each accessible only via a key fob. The unit is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped exercise room. On-site parking is not available, but several garages are available nearby. If you don’t have a car, there’s a trolley stop near the front entrance of the building. In town for business or leisure travel, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

I would definitely recommend Andrew’s AirBNB to anyone looking to have a comfortable stay in Memphis with amazing views and a close walking distance to many Downtown Memphis restaurants and attractions. Great host, explained everything very thoroughly which helped me have a stress free trip!

The place is magnificent! Best spot in town if you want to have great restaurants and beautiful surroundings literally next to you. 10/10

My family stayed in this unit for an overnight visit. It was perfect for us, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as stated in the description, and the host was super communicative. We will definitely look at this place first when we need to come to Memphis again!

This is a beautiful condo. When you get in, you will feel right at home. The hostesses were very responsive. I recommend this location for anyone coming to Memphis. It is close to everything (shopping centers, the regional mall, and restaurants). AND it is unbelievably quiet.
